It will not let me log into the HBO and wanted to know why?

Thanks for posting. If you have the $60 /mo unlimited plan, then you can get access to HBO Max with Ads. Please, follow the steps below to get access:
- Download the HBO Max app.
- Open the app, click the person icon and select sign into your account (not Subscribe Now).
- Next choose sign in with Provider and select Cricket Wireless.
- Sign in to your Cricket account.
- Create your HBO Max account and start streaming!
