tried to set up hbo max on my new iphone 12 pro max. says can not verify subscription

uninstalled app on iphone , reinstalled app still same issue. logged into my cricket with no issues.

HBO MAX keeps saying can not verify subscription

I have the unlimited cricket more phone plan.
