I faced similar kind of issue last time, I am still searching for some proper solution Same issue still no fix to this.

I suggest to review the information that allows your device to be connected to the cricket network that's called : Access point names , if the information is not properly saved in your phone maybe that's why your experiencing that issue, you can get that information on this website, go to the searching bar and enter APN settings for Android or for iOS , just set up that information manually, of course if you have brought your number and device over yo Cricket.
