Hot spot fee 10$ paid and not accounted on my account

Hi
My hot spot isn’t working and when I checked my account balance I noticed that even if my husband payed the extra 10$ they are not accounted on my balance/account. How do we solve that problem? I tried to call, nobody answered only the authomatic machine which is returning me on the start, I went to a selling point and the guy at the store directed me again on line and on lind on the automatic phone machine... I will loose my mind. Can you help?
