My Normal hotspot usage apx. 10gigs per 7-10 days. I was on vacation (left my phone at home, turned off) and they're trying to charge me for my hotspot use like a normal month. I got back and the 1st day they're telling me, I'm out of hotspot data. So I pay it and get another 10gigs. Boom they cut it off in 2 days. I'm not sure what kind of racket cricket is running, but I filed an official complaint with FCC. If they're doing this to you I suggest you do the same. I'm calling the Pennsylvania Attoney Generals office in the am as well. This looks criminal from my house and I happen to know a thing or 2 about a thing or 2.
