Been having hotspot problem for a couple of weeks I have been paying for a couple of months cricket is not able to fix the problem and deliver the service in timely manner
So I asked charged two month if they cannot deliver service what have been telling me is they do not have a refund policy !!!!!
So the question is if cannot provide the service that twisted policy charging me it looks like you are a a Lego highway robberies , give my refund you didn't provide this service.
