I have a Samsung Galaxy Halo and since the pandemic broke into our lives your company added 15GB data and mobile hotspot to our lines. Thank you! Today, 8/13/2020, the hotspot was turned off. I liked it so much I decided to upgrade my plan to Unlimited and More which includes 15 GB mobile hotspot. After upgrading I noticed the hotspot still doesn't work. It worked before?? Your list of hotspot eligible devices doesn't list my device. Guess I don't understand why it would work before but not now.

Restart the iPhone or iPad that provides Personal Hotspot mycfavisit and the other device that needs to connect to Personal Hotspot. Make sure that you have the latest version of iOS. On the iPhone or iPad dgcustomerfirst that provides Personal Hotspot, go to Settings > General > Reset, then tap Reset Network Settings.

Thanks for offering me help but I don't have an iphone, I have a Samsung Galaxy Halo. This phone is not on the list for supported devices for Hot-spot availability, but it is on the "Grandfathered" plan list. The hot-spot function was working because Cricket let it work during the pandemic along with giving us more data. They have since removed the extra data and the hot-spot function. I upgraded my plan to hopefully continue using it but my phone, now. isn't eligible.
