Hey,
I got a cricket phone called cool pad, I got me an unlimited data plan for $60, and I added a hotspot feature for $10. I cannot turn on the hotspot on the phone, I just get a message that I should look up how to set it up online. I do own an IPhone and switched my card over to the iPhone, but unfortunately I cannot turn on the hotspot as well. Any ideas?

Hi Marv, unfortunately the Coolpad is not a Mobile Hotspot capable device. However, you're iPhone could be depending on what model it is and what rate plan you have.
