Hotspot has no internet

I have a Nokia C5 Endi and my hotspot will not work. I can connect my devices to it but there is no internet connection. I had a Nokia 3.1 Plus and it had the same issues that's why I bought the C5. I have chatted and called cricket but still have this issue. Does anyone know what to do? I'm so close to just saying bye to cricket and going back to pageplus. At least they work like they say they will. And yes I have done ALL troubleshooting from my end. Never had a problem with my hotspot until after I got a insurance replacement on my 3.1 about 3 months ago since then I haven't had hotspot that I'm paying for.

Yeah mine is doing the same thing I have used it before and I have the plan that has 15g available only used it a few times and have plenty of data not sure what happened

Mine is doing the same thing it connects but says no internet I have plenty of Hotspot data.? So I don't know what is going on I need help tho.
