Hotspot phone
Phone is in the section for old plans for hotspot but not the unlimited plans. Why is that? Even when I switch Sims to my iPhone 6s it still doesn't show up as an option for the add on features.
But you require the unlimited plan to get a hotspot and we really do not want to hear excuses as to why we cannot activate a hotspot on your plan. LG says you should be able to do so on my power x and in this day when everyone uses technology there should be no limitations.

Our unlimited plans require certain hardware to track usage that not all phones have which is why there is a separate list of compatible phones for our unlimited plans.
