Hotspot Purchase

I have recently purchased more hotspot twice now. The first time, I purchased 20G through the Cricket Wireless website, and it gave me 10G and put the other $10 towards my bill. I attempted to purchase 10 more gigs, and i just put the $10 towards my bill again. What can I do to get the 20G of hotspot that I purchased?

I am having the same issue. I purchased 30G and was only given 10, and my account showed a $20 credit. I tried to use the credit to purchase hotspot data several times and received confirmation numbers, but it would not work and continued to show as credit on my account. I tried again to purchase data, and it just added additional credit to my account. 

 

Also, I purchased hotspot data on 1/3/23, my bill being due a few days later, which somehow led to my account being suspended. I was on AutoPay, and my bank account was charged in full on the due date. Still, my account was suspended, and I had to pay $15 to reinstate it.

ive had this same issue for the past month. it's so frustrating, especially if I need to add hotspot data after 11:00pm, because then agents are no longer available and have to wait  until 7 am the next morning. ugh!
