I am not able to file a phone claim via Asurion

I have a cracked phone and I managed to separate my screen from the rest of the phone and can not access anything. I tried filing a claim through Asurion and I was told my information was inaccurate and was not able to file the claim. I’m not sure what to do.

I’m sorry to hear about your phone. Have you had a chance to call Asurion from another phone? You can call 1-855-309-8342 to file a claim from any phone, or visit and select Start a Claim. If you can confirm with Asurion what information is incorrect, we may be able to assist you further.
