@Andre Thank you for visiting and posting on the Cricket Community Forum! In order to use hotspot on your device you will need to add Mobile Hotspot to your plan for $10.00 extra. This plan provides 10gbs of high speed internet for tethering use. Please see link below to make sure that the device you are using is compatible to use our hotspot feature.
