Hardware: ZTE Altair 2OS: Brew MP version 18.104.22.1680Under Mainmenu > Messaging, the Voicemail line always shows one message waiting. This is true even if there are no messages waiting. If there is more than one message waiting, then the Voicemail line shows the correct number of messages waiting. How can I arrange for the Voicemail line to show no messages waiting when the Voicemail mailbox is empty?
I find it hard to believe that such a large company does not have a customer service survey, or some avenue available for customers to leave feedback about their experience. I had a chat with Andrea M. online and she was terrible to chat with. She wasted my time and has left an awful taste in my mouth about this company. Good riddance.
I have been with Cricket since 2017 I am so glad I bought the protection plan I had to send my LG in so many times for glitches and malfunctioning the last time I had to send my phone in I was told it was the last time I could use the protection plan. I have had this phone for over a year I went to upgrade but could not afford the phone upgrade not the 25.00 free and any other hidden fee also buy a tempered glass screen protector and case. The phones I could afford were junk. I don't want an I phone or Samsung not an another LG. The Motarola I want 139.00 up grade price then the extra fees. When a new coustomers can get the phone for almost nothing I have 3 lines and pay over 100.00 a month. All this refer a friend stuff is not a good way of being told u could save 250 a year with refer a friend and automatic payments I do have automatic payments and people I know are happy with the servace they have. So Cricket you need to take care of your coustomers that have been with you for years
On the cricket app, I received a message stating I passed my 22 gb for the month and could be slowed down when tower is congested. Does this mean we get 22 gigs priority data ? , Then get deprioratized ? I was under the impression that we were deprioratized from the start!
My wifi calling is not turning on. I set the emergency address but it still won't turn on. It says address is verified and wifi calling will turn on in a few minutes but days later it still not working. It used to work until covid crap happened and couldn't pay bill. When I finally was able to turn it back on it wouldn't work after that.
How come a 15 plus years customer such as myself can't get a discounted price on an phone upgrade? A new customer can come in and get a free phone but a customer who is here to stay and has proven their loyalty has to pay a couple of hundreds of dollars for the same phone. What is wrong with this picture? There is definitely something wrong with this.
Other Service Providers have a missed call information service:Make sure you haven't missed that all important call while your phone was switched off by subscribing to the Missed Call Information service. Get SMS alerts as soon your phone is switched on to get details of who called you and when.I travel a lot and this would help me, does Cricket have this feature? Thanks!
I have a Cradlepoint cellular modem that I am interested in using on your system in the area of Rush, NY 14543.I checked the IMEI and it says the device is compatible with your "Data Only" services and I am interested in the 20GB/$35 plan.I have read your AUP "Prohibited Data Uses" and I want to see if my proposed use is acceptable. I understand the reason for the prohibition of continuous, full time or dedicated data connections if the application occupies significant bandwidth. My application would involve an outbound continuous data stream of 24kbps to a specific server. Inbound data would be only connections initiated from the server (rarely done once established) to adjust or reset the device. This will be the only application I will run on this device. The application does require use of TCP ports in the 7200-7300 range to communicate to/from the server. I need to be sure your network does not block these ports.Given the fact that my bandwidth will never exceed 0.030Mbps, I b
I recently switched to Cricket from Straight Talk because Cricket offered MUCH better coverage in my area than Straight Talk. I am very satisfied with the switch in that I can now browse the web on my phone without having to sit in my car in the driveway. However, I am having an issue with the hotspot. Despite Straight Talk's inferior coverage out here, I was still able to put my phone on to charge in my car and run my mobile hotspot to play online games. Now you would think that since Cricket has better coverage their hotspot would perform better, right? WRONG. My laptop will connect but it runs so slow that it is essentially useless. What gives, Cricket? Why is my connection so strong on my cell phone but your mobile hotspot is absolute garbage? And yes, I tried USB tethering and it was even slower. This is unacceptable. Straight Talk's hotspot is included in their $55 plan for free and works dramatically better than the one you guys charge $10/month for. Get it togeth
I am led to believe the Cricket is crashing phones on their network purposely, To force customers to purchase new phones. I went to pay my bill, and the representative kept trying to ask me did I wish to purchase a new phone, when I clearly stated my purpose there was to ONLY pay my bill. Recently, my phone has been randomly crashing and having glitches for no apparent reason. I'm posting this for other users with this issue to take note and complain also.
We recently purchased the Cricket Icon phone which is listed as a hotspot compatible device as well as the unlimited more plan. However, when I attempt to turn on the hotspot it says I need to add that feature to our plan. I went in store and they could not help because again, that feature is listed already on our plan. They referred me to customer service and customer service told me to go to a store to resolve the issue. I feel lied to and cheated as basically everyone I spoke to just told me there's nothing that can be done. Is this phone hotspot compatible or not because the website says it is and every rep I spoke to says all phones sold in stores now are hotspot compatible as well. Please help.
Neither me or my grandma are able to use wifi calling. We bought our phones from cricket very recently and gave been having this problem from the start. They are cricket phones, with cricket SIM cards, etc. Not once has WiFi calling worked. I have researched this and called support and no solution was found. I've tried everything I can. I've checked and our phones are on the supported devices list. Wifi isn't an issue. It works fine. Wifi calling and texting used to work fine when we used Verizon. We live somewhere without good cell service so my grandma can't use her phone to call anyone when she's home.
RCS messaging has become the default messaging platform for Android phones. Last month mine and my wife's phone (both Moto G7+) briefly had RCS messaging for two full days before it stopped working. At first trying to access this function via the settings gave me an error "your carrier does not currently support this function." The next day it worked again, then again stopped working. This time the warning changed to "your device does not currently support this function." The second warning I know is untrue as it worked just fine the day before. The only answer has to be cricket is actively blocking this function. I don't know why. Maybe it's a stall until they find a way to monetize it or maybe they're doing it to force people to buy one of the few phones they allow it on. Doesn't matter to me, I just want it to work.Barring that, I want an explanation why cricket is blocking it.
We’re committed to keeping our customers connected to family, friends and the latest information. Beginning March 14, we will waive reconnect fees for customers who are affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. Cricket customers who are affected by the COVID-19 pandemic should call Cricket customer care at 1-800-CRICKET (274-2538) or 611 from their Cricket phone if they need this reconnect fee waived. I called Cricket via 611 and had a very specific question with regards to COVID-19 and with all that is being shut down , among that call was with regards to our schools being shut down here in Washington State . I was told by a representative that there has been an application placed in to the government to help assist with removing caps because with everything that is closing from Doctors office Lobbies to mental health centers, Schools, theaters and other forms of entertainment , ALL have been shut down and we can no longer access them. My Q
I'm just wondering how you can shut my phone off when my entire state is on lockdown and we can't work for weeks . My kids are home the internet is the only way to access their homework. It is irresponsible to treat your customers this way. Loyal customers for years and this is what we get from you. The electric companys the gas companys and property Management and other cell phone companies are delaying payment for at least 60days to help ppl in this crisis . I hope customers remember how we are being treated buy these companies that don't care about their customers and only care about their money in this time thx for nothing. Ohh and how will a no reconnect fee help when you are stuck in your home and can't work!??
