I've been a Cricket customer for over 22+ years. Prior to Cricket, the cell phone providers used to be PrimeCo, US Cellular which has been bought over the years which is now known as Cricket. Over the years, I have never missed a payment and always encourage others to use the Cricket Company as their cell phone provider. My phone number has been my main source of communication with my family, friends, career, business purposes, coworkers, and other accounts over the years. I recently wrote to Cricket Wireless because they abruptly shut my phone service off on Thursday, February 11, 2021. I noticed that I haven’t received any sort of communications throughout the night. I replied to a sent text a message that was not delivered. I also couldn’t make any phone calls whereas I discovered an error message kept scrolling across my phone screen…. "SIM not provisioned MM2".On Friday morning, February 12, 2020….I went to the Cricket store about my phone connection. The store representative
So I took my two old friends into a store to change service from T-Mobile to Cricket. After a grueling 3 hours of trying to port over their phone numbers, I was told I would be contacted the following day regarding the referral credit. That call never came. I was told to send them my referral code via email, which I did, but their service was already activated by that time (we were literally still waiting at the store). She couldn’t figure out how to apply the credits after service had been activated and said she would chat with her manager and get back to me. The app only shows the progress as “referral codes sent” and won’t move to the “claimed” stage. This is frustrating because Cricket hyped up this referral process.
I'm not sure why, but when I tried to file a claim on my daughter's phone it says the phone is not eligible for this type of repair. I know i have insurance plan on her phone. I just bought it last month and I just need the screen fixed from an accident. I was hoping to not have to pay a fortune to get it fixed. Any suggestions?
LTE data is very slow for me recently. I don’t know what’s wrong. Most of time download is less than 1 Mbps. Before pandemic, I remember it usually was about 6 to 7 Mbps. I tested using another virtual carrier, which also use AT&T networks, with the same phone same location almost same time, it has more than 10 Mbps. Please help. Thanks.
I have a Samsung Galaxy Halo and since the pandemic broke into our lives your company added 15GB data and mobile hotspot to our lines. Thank you! Today, 8/13/2020, the hotspot was turned off. I liked it so much I decided to upgrade my plan to Unlimited and More which includes 15 GB mobile hotspot. After upgrading I noticed the hotspot still doesn't work. It worked before?? Your list of hotspot eligible devices doesn't list my device. Guess I don't understand why it would work before but not now.

I’m very disappointed plus some of experience with chat to Cricket agents regarding after add the hotspot feature due to pandemic for my kids school work , please beware in following:1 - when you have old contract with 5 lines $100 deal, you can’t stay back to your original plan if add hotspot to one of your line. (cricket never warning their customer about this) 2 - 3/13 for first chat with agent Andrew; since they said they cannot give me back the original plan, I request to cancel one of my line with hotspot service (because they said the plan has been changed) start on next billing cycle since it already billed me. My name is Darlene C. On March 13, 2021 I ordered a LG Stylo 6 to upgrade my phone. I paid 149.99 for the phone and a $25 upgrade fee +tax. Total $187.49. It was supposed to be delivered on March 15, because I was moving out of state on the 16th and made that clear in a chat when I ordered the phone online. Well, my phone never came on Monday. I got an email from ups while I was at the airport on my first layover, stating that my package would arrive that day between 2-4 pm. I immediately called cricket, and told them that my phone did not arrive the day before like it was supposed to be, and that I was at the airport at my first layover and I was no longer at the address. The cricket rep was very rude and acted like it was my fault, and told me I needed to call UPS myself and take care of it. I was on the phone 57 minutes with cricket. He gave me a phone number for UPS, and I tried calling right away and he had gave me the wrong phone number. I didn't arrive at my destination till lat
I'm really disappointed in the Cricket Protect Plan. My husband and I both purchased LG Stylo 6 phones new at our local Cricket store last year. We added the insurance plan because at the time, it seemed like a good idea to protect our investment. My husband recently dropped his phone and the screen cracked. I thought we'd pay the $29 for cracked screen repair. Unfortunately, that was not the case. We apparently don't have any techs in our area, which is something that would be helpful to know upon signing up. The cost to replace the phone was going to be a $75 deductible plus tax. Currently, that is more expensive than buying a new phone of the same style at our local Cricket store! Not to mention, the hundreds of dollars we wasted on the protection plan on both phones over the last year. Save your money.
My Moxee Hotspot from Cricket shows 3 and sometimes 4 Bars inside my house. Even with 3 or 4 bars the internet is slow and that is if the internet works at all. From noon to midnight it shows service but you can’t even open a webpage it times out. I want to buy me a signal booster to see if that helps but I need to know what Bands Cricket uses. Do they use different bands in different parts of the Country or do they use the same bands everywhere. Could someone please help me with this I can’t ask support because my internet is never working when they are open. All I have is there 100gb data plan and no phone with a plan. Also everytime I have ask for help here no one ever answer. I hope maybe this time someone would and could help me with this. I’ll wait 2 days and if there is no help then I know none is coming and Cricket support is just a name made of words to make Cricket blame the problem on others. Help! Help! Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I did a factory reset on my Oneplus 6, put in my wife's simm and set it up. Everything works fine except she can't receive texts from our son who is on the same account. She can send him texts. I've checked for blocking and deleted the contact. She can receive group texts from him. Tried clearing the storage an cache under apps. No clue what else to try.
On the cricket app, I received a message stating I passed my 22 gb for the month and could be slowed down when tower is congested. Does this mean we get 22 gigs priority data ? , Then get deprioratized ? I was under the impression that we were deprioratized from the start!
The Cricket Wireless app and the Cricket Wireless website will not let me buy mobile hotspot. I've done it many many times before on the website is simply not working. I've also tried to do it over the phone, which I have done many many times before, and the phone system won't even give me an option to buy hotspot. It's been taken off of the phone system. It says that there is customer service until 11 p.m. and that's b******* because I keep calling them at 8pm and they won't answer or help me it just says that they're gone and to call back at regular hours. It would be nice if the website or the phone system could give an explanation as to why it's not working. Really really frustrating to the point that it gets me very pissed off

So cricket says wifi calling and volte not possible on byop Android but yet if i provision both on my cricket stylo 5 and sim swap both options work on any device I've tried currently a note 10 f model dual sim. My volte and wifi calling both work for about 6 hours until cricket reprovisions my account and messes everything up.
I will be leaving for Army Basic Training in the next month and am wondering if Cricket Wireless offers an option to halt payments for the duration of my training period. Basic Training is 10 weeks long (12 with processing) and I will not be able to access my phone during so. I do not wish to cancel my plan, but do not want to continue to pay for wireless service I will not use. Thankyou for any responses in advance.
Upgraded to the Samsung galaxy a32 5g about 3 days ago. From the very beginning the hotspot did not work. Have tried literally every possible troubleshooting step. Stumped about 5 tech support people. I cannot exchange the phone without paying more money, but at the same time I have a phone that never worked right and for all intents and purposes is defective at best. How can I replace my phone for one that actually works without having to pay another upgrade fee and activation fee? Phone was bought from cricket, is compatible with hotspot, works perfect except it notes any hotspot connection.
