Hi! I have a Galaxy S7 Edge phone that was running my mobile hotspot just fine this morning but now all of a sudden when I turn it on, it says I don't have it in my plan. I then proceeded to upgrade to the $60 plan and still get the same message when I try to turn on the hotspot. I am so confused right now :(
I’ve been a loyal customer of Cricket for 7 years now and every time I try and order a new phone from the website I always have trouble. When I ordered 3 phones in March the issue was that the address I was using and address of card don’t match up. I was talking thru chat and finally got it to work somehow. Most of the time I have to go to a store and buy it that way. So this time I’m trying to add my son to my plan and the same thing happened. I even tried my boyfriends card and it says that his card isn’t valid but yet he has used it ordering stuff online all the time. You guys really need to get this figured out cuz I’m sure your losing customers and I’m not going to keep dealing with this. At this point I might as well pay more for phones and service thru your competitors to have to deal with this hassle. I know I’m not the only one with this problem and I have contacted Cricket on Facebook but got blown off. Figure it out your I go elsewhere.
We are in need of emailing a cricket subscriber with conversion to text for team communications. I am led to believe the Cricket is crashing phones on their network purposely, To force customers to purchase new phones. I went to pay my bill, and the representative kept trying to ask me did I wish to purchase a new phone, when I clearly stated my purpose there was to ONLY pay my bill. Recently, my phone has been randomly crashing and having glitches for no apparent reason. I'm posting this for other users with this issue to take note and complain also.
My name is Darlene C. On March 13, 2021 I ordered a LG Stylo 6 to upgrade my phone. I paid 149.99 for the phone and a $25 upgrade fee +tax. Total $187.49. It was supposed to be delivered on March 15, because I was moving out of state on the 16th and made that clear in a chat when I ordered the phone online. Well, my phone never came on Monday. I got an email from ups while I was at the airport on my first layover, stating that my package would arrive that day between 2-4 pm. I immediately called cricket, and told them that my phone did not arrive the day before like it was supposed to be, and that I was at the airport at my first layover and I was no longer at the address. The cricket rep was very rude and acted like it was my fault, and told me I needed to call UPS myself and take care of it. I was on the phone 57 minutes with cricket. He gave me a phone number for UPS, and I tried calling right away and he had gave me the wrong phone number. I didn't arrive at my destination till lat
I keeping getting an error when trying to sign in to HBO. It says I'm not eligible or something along those lines but I have the $60 plan and cricket has sent me messages telling me I'm eligible. So I went and read the fine print and it said "may not be stackable with other offers/credits"I have the $30 ACP credit, does that disqualify me from being able to use HBO?
I've been experiencing data issues on Google Pixel, so i went to the cricket store and and purchased a Motorola phone iny local store thinking that it was my phone that was the issue. However, after a few days it too has been just spinning to connect to do anything. I rely on my phone a great deal for work and college classes. I have a family plan with 5 lines! The only timr we have decent service lately is when we are able to use Wi-Fi!! Is there a problem with connectivity in my area that we're unaware of, even though there is a cricket store locally based? If so, we might have to take our business elsewhere!
Hello. I have used advanced messaging on the Samsung messages app on my previous Cricket phone. Now I cannot get those specific messages to transfer to my new Cricket Moto phone. However, normal SMS and MMS messages have transferred. How can I get the messages of type "advanced messaging" to transfer to my new phone?
Cricket is the worst advertiser of promotions when it comes to wwe I have ever seen. Their marketing stinks. Last year they had bayley out by me for a store signing. Free. Totally walk in meet her take photo and she signs. They don’t promote it. Wwe doesn’t promote it. If I didn’t hear about it because I was working the event at the venue for the wwe show thAt night I’d not have been able to meet her let alone know about it. That. Is. Pathetic. So now it’s a year and change later. They have a virtual meet and greet online to sign up to meet ironically bayley. They post it the day before the event. It was sold out within one hour of advertising. That is also pathetic. They didn’t plan for the amount of people wanting to meet her...or else there are people booking multiple names for more time to talk to her. And I KNOW that is the case. Based on my current experience, and the information I read in the community forum, Cricket LIED to all their customers.We are told by Cricket that we can "bring our own device" that is vetted by Cricket to be 5g compatible. Yet as soon as we switch to Cricket and activate our 5g phone...we find out that our 5g compatible phone IS NOT 5G COMPATIBLE with Cricket. We are then told that only Cricket phones can get 5g service.Guess what? This is considered FALSE ADVERTISING, and has been illegal for years. So how does Cricket, as well as all other wireless companies get away with illegal practices?
Can I ask, why is there no perks to being long-time customers. I have been a customer for over 5-years now. I have been with other companies who have offered great rewards for staying with a company for a certain amount of time. Cricket has ZERO incentives to remain a Cricket customer. If I was not on a joint plan with my Family, I would have left long ago. You get no discounts, no nothing for all the money I have dished out over the years to support your Company. I think it is a disgrace that people who have been customers for so long have to get the same sales and coupons as people off the street, and that people with other companies that want to swtich get treated like royalty while the existing long-term customers are forgotten. It is really sad. I cant even get my phone replaced because I'll have to pay full price for a new one. That makes no sense, that I, as a customer for over 5 years, can't even get a new phone without paying full price like everyone else.
HiUp until Aug 29th, my brother who lives in England was receiving my texts without any issues. After that date he's not received any of the texts I've sent him, but I can receive texts from him. My sister who is on the same network as him (O2 UK) received the test text I sent her. I also tried texting him from the 3 other phones on my plan and he never received any. He went and had his sim card changed to see if that would solve it, but he's still not getting them. I haven't changed my plan or had anything else added to it, so what would be causing this?
So I started with Cricket wireless… and then we decided to go with a family plan. However my husband’s number is now the ‘dominate’ number even though the account is in my name and I am paying the bill. I wanted to get the mobile hotspot on my number/phone because of car trips with the toddler… however I can only add it to my husband’s number (and he never goes anywhere with the kids lol)Is there any way to change the ‘order’ of the numbers so my number is dominate and I can access the mobile hotspot if I add it to my plan. I do have a mobile hotspot device we got for road trips, but signing up for Cricket’s $10 addon is cheaper than adding data to the device through another carrier. Thank you
Ok this is BS we went to the store and talked to the sales people we were at&t for many years. We heard avout the deals that were less money and owned by at&t. We expressed the only reason we were with at&t was we got coverage where we kive and travel but your offer was less money. They said no problem the coverage is exactly the same sense they are owned by at&t. This was bull. Our phone will not switch mobile networks and service areas are not the same. I said I want to switch back to at&t and need the phones unlocked now they tell me I have to be with them for 6 months before they will unlock the phone. That was never discussed when we purchased and they were told up frount if they do not work we were not staying. False sales and very rude customer service when I called. They just said I need to go to the store and they will explain. In lock our phones so we can move on sense you can not provide what you said the service would provide.
I have an LG X Charge, so it’s an oldie, but my plan is still active. I need Wifi Calling to be on in order to receive SMS for various verifications. I am not in a country that allows roaming so I unfortunately don’t have the option to use that (can’t afford those charges!). Wifi calling has not been active today and yesterday.I’ve tried resetting my router, airplane mode, resetting my phone, resetting my network settings, making sure I’m on a 2.4ghz wifi connection, changing to a different wifi connection, and taking the sim card out and putting it back in. None of these have worked thus far. Any advice, or knowledge of an outage right now?Edit: Also to note, I did check and my phone is updated. There is nothing new for me to install. Wifi calling was working swimmingly up until yesterday. I’ve been in this country for a few months now.
IM SICK OF CARRIERS WHO DO NOT ALLOW MMS OVER WIFI BECAUSE SOME OF US WHO ARE IN A SO CALLED RURAL AREA CANNOT SEND OR RECEIVE MESSAGES WHEN WIFI CALLING IS OUR ONLY OPTION BECAUSE CARRIERS REFUSE TO BUILD TOWERS IM ONLY 10 MINUTES AWAY FROM AN AT&amp;T SIGNAL I ONLY HAVE ONE CARRIER OPTION AT MY HOME WHICH IS CSPIRE AND THEY DO NOT SUPPORT voLTE OR WIFI CALLING AND THAT IS A REQUIRMENT FOR ME AND THEY RIGHT OUT SUCK I SIGNED A CONTRACT WITH THEM BUT BROKE IT AFTER IT WAS UNRELIABLE SERVICE EVERY WEEK THEY WERE DOWN AND WOULDNT REIMBURSE US EVERY MONTH THEY ALSO DO NOT TELL YOU THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE THOSE FEATURES WHEN EVERY OTHER CARRIER IN AMERICA HAS THOSE FEATURES I HAVE ALSO BEEN FIGHTING AT&amp;T FOR OVER A DECADE TO BUILD A TOWER IN THIS CITY I HAVE MOVED A TOTAL OF 4 TIMES AND THERE SIGNAL ALWAYS SUCKS WITH JUST 1 BAR WITH SPARADIC SERVICE OR NO BARS AT ALL WHEN ARE CARRIERS GOING TO REALIZE THAT TOWERS DO NOT WORK THEY ALSO WANT TO BUILD TOWERS IN AREAS THAT DONT NEED
I have an Iphone 2nd generation SE. It don't give me the option to set up my voicemail tapping the icon. When I hold down 1 in the phone app it saying sorry the person you've reached has a voicemail box that has not been setup yet. And when I go into setting and it gives me the option to change my voicemail password I do it and when I confirm and hit done it says voicemail not working and it does this every time. I've tried everything multiple times please help!!
In September i was forced ( i had not choice) to transition my 5 lines from the 5 for $100 plan i had since 2016 to a new plan that is $20 more. I was told this was b/c of upgrades in the system ( to 5G?).OUr service has been spotty or unreliable ever since and particularly bad during last 4-6weeks. (dropped calls, calls redirected to voice mail even though phone not in use, text messages delayed by minutes, hours,even days or just not delivered)Finally realized the only calls working are Wi-FI calls. WE ARE NOT EVEN USING OUR SERVICE! A closer look under Settings → PHone → sim indicates signal ranging from -103dBm to -123dBM. THIS IS “non-functional” by any definition.All maps say I’m 5G and I can almost see the tour from my back patio. No buildings etc.. it’s country and all the leaves are gone b/c it’s winter.Two other phones confirm this lack of signal.i’ve spent well over 3hrs calling signal between yesterday and today. (mostly on hold)and not answers even though they promised
