I am wanting to add personal ringtones and assign to some of my contacts. I have used a ringtone app and have downloaded a few. I go to a contact and click on the option to 'Set ringtone' which takes me to the availble ringtones that came with the phone. The last option in this list is "+ Add ringtone". I click on it and it opens the folder where I stored my downloaded ringtones. I click on the ringtone I want to add which closes the folder and takes me back to the list of available ringtones but the one I selected is not added to the list.
I absolutely need wifi calling, since cell phone reception is dreadful where I live (1 bar.) Lots of missed calls going straight to voice mail. Is there an Android phone (not iOS) that has reliable wifi calling on Cricket? I don't care about fancy features like camera, stylus etc. Just need reliable wifi calling.P.S. I have seen the official list of Cricket phones that support wifi calling. I'm looking for feedback from customers who actually use wifi calling on their phone and are happy with it. TIA!
I would like to know why after three years there telling me phone is not compatible with system. Which I know isn't true because I can still use it but if I do they will shut my service off. I paid my bill every month on time. If I want a hotspot I have to but a new phone which isn't fair. To
Is there a way to disable VoLTE/HD Calling on the Moto e5 cruise? I think it is my location, but calls on VoLTE sometimes echo in and out. It does the same on my S7, but I have the option to disable it and have no issues with calls at home now, but I can't disable it on the Moto e5 cruise. It's not a phone issue since the S7 would have similar issues. Basically, you can call, talk fine for a bit, and occasionally the person is unable to hear me for a bit. Doesn't happen every call, but turning off HD voice fixed that issue on the S7 and it should work on the e5 cruise too. Thanks.
This seems awfully shady. My home Wifi continues to disable on my 5 day old fortune 2. No problem with any other devices at home. I enable on my phone and even in the middle of a task it turns off and I get a "no internet available" message. This happens both when mobile data is on or off. If it is on then I am unknowingly using my data allotment. Cricket should do something about this issue because it seems to be happening to not just LG fortune but other phones as well. I feel I will be forced into the unlimited plan as to not go over my data allotment.
My dad is having trouble his phone says 4G but he can’t use any apps he only can call and receive calls. I have try resetting network, plane mode, taking sim out and in, switch the cellular button on and off. Nothing is working and I'm pretty sure if I go to the cricket store they can't do anything about it. I need helpppppo
I live in a rural area, and I have checked the coverage map for my exact home location. It shows that I should be able to get 3G and LTE coverage. However, I've had issues with other providers (also showing I can get decent coverage), and I get no bars at all.I am wondering; IF my I buy service and my phone does not work at my house... will I be able to get a refund for the plan and sim card fees?
Won't send text messages, says Cricket here! we are sorry but your text message failed. Your destination not supported from your current location. I'm in Baja CA, Mexico and trying to text someone in the USA.However I CAN respond to text messages and they go through. I have the all everything unlimited plan. Any ideas or solutions would be apreciated... contacted Cricket wireless support and they couldn't figure out why... no help.
So someone has stolen my brothers LG Fortune 2 and is still using the phone. The dude has been messaging people saved in the contacts pretending to be my brother. He's using the data, making calls and messaging numbers as I'm writing this. Is there anyway to locate the device remotely before blocklisting it? Not sure what all apps he's got on his phone or if any allow premission for location/GPS. And if theres no way to locate it, can I suspend and/or wipe the phone in the morning on the 17th (when customer support is available) and be able to use the upgrade to get a new phone that becomes available on the 18th?Or does suspending the line cause you to not be able to use the upgrade?

Last week something happened to my cell service. Support has not been able to help us. We have 4 phones on 1 plan. 2 phones with similar numbers work fine. The other 2 with similar numbers to each other, but different from the first 2 do not get cell service but can text and can use data. 1 mile from my home, cell service becomes available. This has never been a problem for me and I have had cricket for a few years. We have called customer support and they keep closing the ticket as complete even though it is not fixed.
Every time I try to add the hotspot to my plan it gets to checkout and all my info is automatically put in because of auto pay then i hit checkout but then it says error enter amount but the box is grey and i cant edit the amount and every time i try this i refresh the page and then it says that i cant edit plans and services try again later ive been trying for weeks now i just want my mobile hotspot
Does anyone know when wi-fi calling and HD calling will become available for BYOD. I heard on another forum that it might happen in November. I have a Galaxy J7 Prime, the T-Mobile version of the Halo. They are working on rolling out wi-fi calling for the Halo. How difficult is it to allow wi-fi calling on mirror models?
I went into my account and added the hotspot feature. My phone and $50 plan were eligible for 10gb of hotspot service, or so I thought. It even said it would cost $0 before I selected to review my updated features/plans. But when I select to review, it says I'll be charged $10. Am I missing something here?
