My Normal hotspot usage apx. 10gigs per 7-10 days. I was on vacation (left my phone at home, turned off) and they're trying to charge me for my hotspot use like a normal month. I got back and the 1st day they're telling me, I'm out of hotspot data. So I pay it and get another 10gigs. Boom they cut it off in 2 days. I'm not sure what kind of racket cricket is running, but I filed an official complaint with FCC. If they're doing this to you I suggest you do the same. I'm calling the Pennsylvania Attoney Generals office in the am as well. This looks criminal from my house and I happen to know a thing or 2 about a thing or 2.
Moto g7 software version
I have 2 cricket software update apps running on my phone. Both have different version numbers, both have different permissions, and one says device management after I get to the advanced settings. Which is supposed to be there? One is version 28.00.006 and the other is version 9.00.02
phantom add-on features
In my account summary page online and in app shows that I have one add-on feature to one of my lines in my family plan and on the second line it says that there are two add-on features. I currently have no add-on features nor have I ever had additional features. To clarify my question, I have contacted cricket customer service and they were dismissive and gave useless suggestions but I am not being billed for these mysterious add-ons. Thank god I just want to know why it even indicates that they are there. This is not a unimportant or stupid question, this is a valid inquiry and could indicate more serious glitches involving money at some point. Though crickets outsourced customer service agents from you know where don't seem to give a you know what about you know who! I think you do.
I have a niece who has struggled financially and I would like to pay for her and her 3 kids phone and service for a year. They currently have ATT which just got shut off do to lack of payment. My question is what would be best. Keep my phone as a single line and open a new account in her name with 3 phones or add her 3 phones to my account? Any suggestions Todd O
Cricket customer appreciation
I have been with cricket wireless for over 2 years now. I have bought three phones from there authorized cricket stores. And I have changed plans and for the past year have been on there unlimited max plan. What amazes me is the total lack of customer appreciation. I have never seen a company that will charge multiple fees and makes there phone prices higher to the loyal customers who want to switch phones but stay with cricket. Why can't cricket give discounts to those customers who choose to stay with them as a company. It's time for a new phone. Because of the lack of any common business practice I will happily being choosing another provider. If you treat loyal customers worse then your new customer why would anyone become loyal.

I got my new cricket phone I bought the phone and service payment card from Fred Meyer I followed the directions to activate it they never works I can't even call 611 with it it says my number is suspended I don't even and it says when you look at your phone information that the phone number is unknown I'm very frustrated and need to get this fixed does anyone know what is going on
Every day I work during the day my cell phone periodically keeps losing service at work. When I check the coverage map their shouldn’t be any drop in cell phone service but it keeps happening. It usually doesn't fix it self until I am about 5 miles to home. I need to know if this is a phone issue or service issue, thanks.
HTC10 ported from Sprint, cant connect to Cricket Mobile Data or receive calls or voicemails.
I can call out but nobody can call me. Inbound calls immediately get a message saying my voicemail has not been setup, and my phone never rings. I get no mobile data connection at all. I have used online support topics, verified my IMEI is compatible, spoken to a dozen phone support people at Cricket, reset Network Connections and verified correct APN settings, been to Sprint and called Sprint to verify my device was properly unlocked. Nobody can tell me why my Cricket service does not work. I paid for service I cannot use. This is beyond frustrating and I am very annoyed with the lack of solutions to what shouldnt even be an issue.
Can't move apps on home page
Hi, I got my new cricket wireless LG Stylo 3 two days ago and am getting used to it. I've never had an Android phone before. I have three problems going on right now:1. When I started my phone, I noticed that I had a TOOLS folder. Then this morning it disappeared. I can't find it anywhere.2. Being a Mac person, I went to create a new tool folder and then I noticed that I can't move my apps around at all. They are stuck in one place so I couldn't move anything and I was unable to create any folders. What to do? And why did the TOOLS folder disappear? They must be related.3. And lastly, I am unable to set up visual voicemail. It starts to and stops in the process. Any help is much appreciated. Thank you, Martha

I’ve repeatedly been calling and texting Cricket about your HORRIBlE CUSTOMER SERVICE, and your inability to fix situations when they arise. My last straw with you guys is that you’ve been unable to give me a clear answer as to why I’m unable to pay my bill online and force me to go into the store to pay my bill and force me to pay a $4 convenience fee when I go into store. You don’t even have to response or have to give me a b.s credit it really don’t matter. I do appreciate what some have tried to do to make up for this ridiculous pattern that cricket has with them it’s the same thing over and over with you guys.
Awful service. My app to clock in and out of WORK doesn't load most of the time. I can't check my bank account anywhere. Calls and text messages won't go out. I feel like I'm paying for nothing. Might as well carry a brick, it'd be just as useful. I supposedly have unlimited data but I might as well have none at all ever. Taking advantage of poor people who can't afford 100+ a month for Verizon. I thought it'd get better with AT&T but honestly, it's worse.
Wi-Fi Manager Not Opening up LogIn Screens
I've just noticed this in the past couple of days, but I am no longer able to log in to wifi outside of my home. Usually when I am out, I can connect to free wifi by tapping on the connection and then sometimes it will take me to the Log-In page of that company where I can fully connect to it. Otherwise, I don't have full access to the internet. I noticed that before it was the Cricket Wi-Fi Manager that would bring up the log in screen but it is no longer doing that. I noticed that its not an issue with the company/business, so it has to be some error on my end. Does anybody have any advice on this? I don't want to keep using my mobile data when I can't connect to the wifi.
Why haven’t I had any service in my area and surrounding areas. My family and friends who also have cricket and at&t have been deal with no service since Friday. We live wilder and other surrounding areas and having no service. Can you guys please fix whatever is going on with that cell towers please
data stupid slow in denver
Me and my girlfriend both have the cricket dream 5g with the 60 dollar plan. Both of us. Two separate plans. Her phone will be right next to mine. Whenever I do comparitive speed tests with the same testing software, hers is always always faster. Sometimes by a little, most of the time by a lot.Right now I'm getting about 1.1mbps.Without a skip, she gets 6mbps. We are on the same tower. Phones are factory fresh. It doesn't matter where I go this is always the case. This is proof that cricket is throttling whoever they want for really no reason.
