I am wanting to add personal ringtones and assign to some of my contacts. I have used a ringtone app and have downloaded a few. I go to a contact and click on the option to 'Set ringtone' which takes me to the availble ringtones that came with the phone. The last option in this list is "+ Add ringtone". I click on it and it opens the folder where I stored my downloaded ringtones. I click on the ringtone I want to add which closes the folder and takes me back to the list of available ringtones but the one I selected is not added to the list.
I've just noticed this in the past couple of days, but I am no longer able to log in to wifi outside of my home. Usually when I am out, I can connect to free wifi by tapping on the connection and then sometimes it will take me to the Log-In page of that company where I can fully connect to it. Otherwise, I don't have full access to the internet. I noticed that before it was the Cricket Wi-Fi Manager that would bring up the log in screen but it is no longer doing that. I noticed that its not an issue with the company/business, so it has to be some error on my end. Does anybody have any advice on this? I don't want to keep using my mobile data when I can't connect to the wifi.
How come a 15 plus years customer such as myself can't get a discounted price on an phone upgrade? A new customer can come in and get a free phone but a customer who is here to stay and has proven their loyalty has to pay a couple of hundreds of dollars for the same phone. What is wrong with this picture? There is definitely something wrong with this.
I am so sick of getting system updates!! Every time it happens, I lose information on my phone, all of my settings go haywire,and I wind up with apps and games that I didn't install. Plus the after the last one, my bank account was hacked as soon as the phone rebooted. If I wanted to update my Android version, I would purchase a different phone. The beginning of the week was Android S, and now less than a week later, Android 13 ?!?! I have turned off the auto update, but I can't get rid of the notification. On my last phone, I had auto update turned off, but it didn't work. Is there a way to make Cricket stop trying to force these updates?? I have to use this phone for business too, and it is a lot of trouble when I lose information.
I went to the Cricket store to get phones that worked in my area because total wireless did not. I bought a flip phone, because my one from total wireless did not work with cricket. I got a LG Escape Plus and a LG Fortune 2 for free so we did not have to learn new phones as these matched mine and my daughters old phones. I was told the phone cases would be free if we bought screen protectors. screen protectors I bought at walmart were only 10.00 , so I paid 30.00 more than I thought. The alarms worked fine until the service ladies (2 different ones) changed the times. the times are wrong on the phones. shows 2 different times about 5 hrs difference. I paid 55.00 for first mo service. then 25.00 for service. then 10.00 for 1 month service. can not get notification to turn off but ringer does not work. I (on purpose) set the phones up to automatically renew on the 4th because we are on ssi. we get paid on the 3rd, and I get a notice that it will bill tomorrow which is the second. It will
I will be leaving for Army Basic Training in the next month and am wondering if Cricket Wireless offers an option to halt payments for the duration of my training period. Basic Training is 10 weeks long (12 with processing) and I will not be able to access my phone during so. I do not wish to cancel my plan, but do not want to continue to pay for wireless service I will not use. Thankyou for any responses in advance.
I toggle wifi calling on, accept the terms, enter my address, and hit verify. The verify button spins, and then absolutely nothing happens. After that, I can’t edit the address, I can’t hit Verify again, I can only cancel and start all over. I’ve confirmed the address matches USPS exactly, and have no idea what is wrong, or why I’m getting stuck on the verify screen. Any ideas?
This has to be one of the most annoying things I’ve had to deal with coming from a video game that was supposed to be free, but I’m also disappointed in Cricket like they’ve had this issue for 2 years but does nothing to try and contact blizzard and maybe come to a compromise to allow Cricket phone lines. What do we think guys? Is Blizzard just gonna say screw new players or will they try and fix it again? Why can’t cricket stick up for us and try and fight this? I’m literally going to have to change phone providers just to play maybe 2 video games I like.
I am unable to edit my plan features for my two lines via Plans and Services online or via the app. I have updated the app. When you select Edit Plans or Edit Services I get a return prompting you to use the app both online and in the app say to select “Exciting news! The best way to manage your account is via the myCricket app. Don't have the app? Learn more or visit your app store to download it today.” Do I have to go to my local store?Why can’t I do this myself online or via the app?
I have an Iphone 2nd generation SE. It don't give me the option to set up my voicemail tapping the icon. When I hold down 1 in the phone app it saying sorry the person you've reached has a voicemail box that has not been setup yet. And when I go into setting and it gives me the option to change my voicemail password I do it and when I confirm and hit done it says voicemail not working and it does this every time. I've tried everything multiple times please help!!
I have 4 lines on my account, & all of them have been without service for 24 hours. I tried to chat with support and was told that the reason for no service is a damaged tower, but my neighbor has Cricket & she has service. Is anyone else having the same issue? I got the feeling the agent I chatted with didn't know what the hell they were talking about.
first of all I just have to say just to ask a question I have to activate because I don't have permission I have an account with cricket I shouldn't have to activate anything to have permission to ask a question so there's that secondly I want to know why it is that I have 5G service I pay for 5G service I have a 5G phone however I get no 5G service not a one and every time I send messages they don't send I have to resend multiple times what y'all got going on I never had this problem since I've been with you guys there's a lot of things I don't like the only thing that keeps me the only thing that keeps me is I'm paying $25 for $60 service and you guys are the only ones that offer Max so everybody else doesn't offer anything like I don't want Google one so I'm not going to Metro and you know I don't want rewards on Tuesdays with Metro straight talk offers nothing so and I left straight talk to come to you guys but I just have to say y'all service has begun to suck so I hope a cricket
