This seems awfully shady. My home Wifi continues to disable on my 5 day old fortune 2. No problem with any other devices at home. I enable on my phone and even in the middle of a task it turns off and I get a "no internet available" message. This happens both when mobile data is on or off. If it is on then I am unknowingly using my data allotment. Cricket should do something about this issue because it seems to be happening to not just LG fortune but other phones as well. I feel I will be forced into the unlimited plan as to not go over my data allotment.
My dad is having trouble his phone says 4G but he can’t use any apps he only can call and receive calls. I have try resetting network, plane mode, taking sim out and in, switch the cellular button on and off. Nothing is working and I'm pretty sure if I go to the cricket store they can't do anything about it. I need helpppppo
Last week something happened to my cell service. Support has not been able to help us. We have 4 phones on 1 plan. 2 phones with similar numbers work fine. The other 2 with similar numbers to each other, but different from the first 2 do not get cell service but can text and can use data. 1 mile from my home, cell service becomes available. This has never been a problem for me and I have had cricket for a few years. We have called customer support and they keep closing the ticket as complete even though it is not fixed.
Every time I try to add the hotspot to my plan it gets to checkout and all my info is automatically put in because of auto pay then i hit checkout but then it says error enter amount but the box is grey and i cant edit the amount and every time i try this i refresh the page and then it says that i cant edit plans and services try again later ive been trying for weeks now i just want my mobile hotspot
I went into my account and added the hotspot feature. My phone and $50 plan were eligible for 10gb of hotspot service, or so I thought. It even said it would cost $0 before I selected to review my updated features/plans. But when I select to review, it says I'll be charged $10. Am I missing something here?
I tried to get hotspot added to my phone. But because it is not on your list hotspot is not added and my phone is not compatible to your system. Now because I was using hotspot with not being add3ed to my account you suspend and will do so, so now you will get the remainder money for free at my expense. What is wrong here. I get in p rouble for using a service tthat is not suppose to work ob your system, but it does. To usersl....find a service that includes hotspot in the price and don't matter of the phone. Can a boost mobile phone be used on cricket? Can I use my old cricket SIM card or do I need to purchase a new one? I had a cricket phone but it broke so a friend gave me a boost mobile phone. At first it was letting me call but it won’t let anybody Call me & the data isn’t working . I tried saving apn but it won’t save it. Is there a way to contact technical support? I don’t hear the option when I call . Thanks
I am a Cricket Wireless customer. I've been having trouble with texts from my Google Voice number being blocked when sent to Cricket Wireless (I don't use my "real" Cricket Wireless number, do everything via my Google Voice number) and AT&T numbers. I've done some digging on the web and the problem seems to stem from Cricket Wireless and it's parent company AT&T somehow flagging my Google Voice number as spam. My Google Voice number is strictly for personal use and I send maybe 5 or 6 texts a day so don't know how it would have been flagged. I had a previous number with Republic wireless however the phone got stolen and I later opened a new services with cricket. However, I would like to use the same number that I had before. Can you pls advice if it is possible I'm willing to pay for the fee if there is any. Thanks.
