Does anyone else have a serious problem getting a connection in Norfolk Va, specifically in the Willoughby-Ocean View Area?? I am getting so aggrevated with such poor service that I'm ready to forget about saving a few dollars each month and switch carriers. After all what sense does it make to save a few bucks if I can't use the service anyway!

Is it possible to purchase a cricket device without a plan? The phone that I want to purchase will be provided with a cricket plan ..it will be a gift . The person I am buying the phone for already has cricket. My question is can I purchase a phone without a plan .. and then active the phone to his plan and deal he has ? I don't need a new phone line or deal. I just want to purchase a new upgraded phone for his birthday.
This is my Positive Review for Katie B at 3686 Airport Blvd, Mobile 36608 I've been dealing with Ms. Katie since the middle of Covin 'crisis' when my original cricket store closed, the one nearest to me. I found Katie B's store and walked in with an attitude. She managed to calm me down and ever since, I've had a very copacetic relationship with her. She has been SO EASY to work with. VERY pleasant, VERY professional, and VERY kind! As much as I hate to pay bills, she's managed to help me every time and I think one day, she'll be selling me a smart phone and help me to use it! **One time, I left my phone there and It was there the next day I picked it up.. HiMy hot spot isn’t working and when I checked my account balance I noticed that even if my husband payed the extra 10$ they are not accounted on my balance/account. How do we solve that problem? I tried to call, nobody answered only the authomatic machine which is returning me on the start, I went to a selling point and the guy at the store directed me again on line and on lind on the automatic phone machine... I will loose my mind. Can you help?
I am a new customer and am ready to leave Cricket. No one speaks or understands English in customer service to a degree where they can assist me. So I am hoping someone here can. Cricket must block shortcut texts. I need to resolve this is there a way that I can do it myself since customer service is useless.
Last week something happened to my cell service. Support has not been able to help us. We have 4 phones on 1 plan. 2 phones with similar numbers work fine. The other 2 with similar numbers to each other, but different from the first 2 do not get cell service but can text and can use data. 1 mile from my home, cell service becomes available. This has never been a problem for me and I have had cricket for a few years. We have called customer support and they keep closing the ticket as complete even though it is not fixed.
Work doing deliveries in Scottsboro,Al. Terrible service in several areas, especially right in historic downtown where there is many business and a main area where service should be readily available. How do you get that area checked for service as it’s very hard to do your job when you can’t complete tasks on the apps because of poor/no service. Rural areas have better service than a populated area, why and how can this issue be resolved?
