Is it possible to purchase a cricket device without a plan? The phone that I want to purchase will be provided with a cricket plan ..it will be a gift . The person I am buying the phone for already has cricket. My question is can I purchase a phone without a plan .. and then active the phone to his plan and deal he has ? I don't need a new phone line or deal. I just want to purchase a new upgraded phone for his birthday.
This is my Positive Review for Katie B at 3686 Airport Blvd, Mobile 36608 I've been dealing with Ms. Katie since the middle of Covin 'crisis' when my original cricket store closed, the one nearest to me. I found Katie B's store and walked in with an attitude. She managed to calm me down and ever since, I've had a very copacetic relationship with her. She has been SO EASY to work with. VERY pleasant, VERY professional, and VERY kind! As much as I hate to pay bills, she's managed to help me every time and I think one day, she'll be selling me a smart phone and help me to use it! **One time, I left my phone there and It was there the next day I picked it up.. She just laughed at me. I think she's great and I hope she stays on at Cricket a long time!Thank you Ms. Katie B! I truly appreciate you! Sincerely,Tracy Petersen. :)
Work doing deliveries in Scottsboro,Al. Terrible service in several areas, especially right in historic downtown where there is many business and a main area where service should be readily available. How do you get that area checked for service as it’s very hard to do your job when you can’t complete tasks on the apps because of poor/no service. Rural areas have better service than a populated area, why and how can this issue be resolved?
I am a new customer and am ready to leave Cricket. No one speaks or understands English in customer service to a degree where they can assist me. So I am hoping someone here can. Cricket must block shortcut texts. I need to resolve this is there a way that I can do it myself since customer service is useless.
Last week something happened to my cell service. Support has not been able to help us. We have 4 phones on 1 plan. 2 phones with similar numbers work fine. The other 2 with similar numbers to each other, but different from the first 2 do not get cell service but can text and can use data. 1 mile from my home, cell service becomes available. This has never been a problem for me and I have had cricket for a few years. We have called customer support and they keep closing the ticket as complete even though it is not fixed.
I have been a loyal Cricket customer for 20 years now. This year my service is so bad it's reminding me of the early years. I drive all over the KC metro daily for my job. I rely on my GPS and Pandora DAILY. Rarely do I get more than 2 bars of service, and sometimes I can't even get a map to pull up at all, which leaves me stranded or wandering aimlessly until it decides to load. I've called customer service multiple times about it. One time I was told that a tower was down in my area. Another time I was told it was probably my phone that was the problem, and was told to reset network settings. I have 4 lines on my account, with 4 different types of phones, and they ALL have 1-2 bars MAX. This is unacceptable. As I have perused this community forum, I see that coast to coast people are having the same issues. What's going on???
I am interested in acquiring a cricket data-only plan for an upcoming trip to Alaska. My previous interactions with Cricket Support have been exceedingly frustrating, leading me to question their proficiency in customer service. (This comes from someone who managed offshore technical teams for a decade in cities like Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Pune.) Given the apparent limitations of Cricket Support, I prefer to keep this plan entirely independent of our existing phone plan to prevent any potential interference. Has anyone managed to set this up recently?
