@CricketSupport I was guaranteed i could activate new phone at cricketwireless.com/activate after explaining to cricket that this method hasn’t ever worked for me and i absolutely need phone activated after Cricket support hours. I got a brand new phone and SIM card today from cricketwireless.com and it can’t be activated with the following error “To activate your line(s), call Customer Support at 1-800-CRICKET (1-800-274-2538).” I call but get a message that your closed. Get me someone who can activate my phone!
I went to a cricket wireless store by the phone which is the supposedly that cricket icon for I was told it was a 5D compatible and I had the IRS infrared so I used for gaming and stuff like that on consoles come find out it is not 5G compatible and it doesn't have that I scanner on it but the lady I got it from told me it did the phone makes text messages on its own takes forever when I went back to the store to let you know about it she said that cricket does not at this time have 5G Network I informed her that was not true because I seen on your line and I seen on TV then she played them but they refuse to help me get my another phone or get the phone that I wanted in the first place I'm really aggravated don't know what to do next I've already talked to customer service and the only thing they suggested was to go back to the same store and talk to the manager I tried getting minutes and information from store wasn't refused it
Its really pathetic how apple watch cellular still isnt capable with cricket. This is so outdated and the service isn’t worth waiting for them to get on board with apple watch cellular. Me and my family of 9 is definitely switching services this weekend, its unacceptable at this point.

I called Cricket via 611 and had a very specific question with regards to COVID-19 and with all that is being shut down , among that call was with regards to our schools being shut down here in Washington State . I was told by a representative that there has been an application placed in to the government to help assist with removing caps because with everything that is closing from Doctors office Lobbies to mental health centers, Schools, theaters and other forms of entertainment , ALL have been shut down and we can no longer access them. AT&T owns cricket so why does cricket lag behind AT&T in service offerings. We've been asking for e-sim support for three plus years. I don’t understand why cricket is unable to add this feature so iWatch and Apple Dual Number (eSIM) are not offered. I could even understand if there was a $10 extra change to support but the technology is not difficult. It's amazon all the other prepaid providers (Sprint, T-Mobile, MetroPCS, Verizon and AT&T) offer the esim support. I get it takes time but it appears this is strategy to move customer to AT&T, but what it does is force customer to move to T-Mobile for esim technology. T-Mobile offers 4 lines for $100 with esim support. Cricket, please listen to your customers and solve this issue or we will be faced to move to a different provider.
I havent h0ad it 2 months and it wouldnt stay connected to the internet. Now after updating the screen is black and has a red triangle on it that says device is corrupt and shuts down. It cant be factory reset. Im getting a run around on getting a replacement. I get hung up on or told to do things ive repeatedly done. I just want it replaced and not with another dream.
In my account summary page online and in app shows that I have one add-on feature to one of my lines in my family plan and on the second line it says that there are two add-on features. I currently have no add-on features nor have I ever had additional features. To clarify my question, I have contacted cricket customer service and they were dismissive and gave useless suggestions but I am not being billed for these mysterious add-ons. Thank god I just want to know why it even indicates that they are there. This is not a unimportant or stupid question, this is a valid inquiry and could indicate more serious glitches involving money at some point. Though crickets outsourced customer service agents from you know where don't seem to give a you know what about you know who! I think you do.
ANYONE HAVING INTERNET CONNECTION ISSUES, I BELIEVE I FOUND A FIX!Skip to TL;DR if you're just wanting the fix.If you're with Cricket, open letter for you at the bottom.Don't know if anyone else has had this issue, but the last few months I've been having some connection issues. Assumed it was because of my cheap J2 Pure that was the issue so I ignored it thinking nothing could be done until I could replace it. I upgraded to a 2020 5G Galaxy A51 with a new SIM ten days ago and this problem persisted.I could be streaming YouTube or Spotify in the background and at random times one or two apps just completely "lose connection" while the others continue working showing 4G/WiFi.Facebook, YouTube, Google Chrome, Firefox, messenger, one or two of them will just completely lose connection for five to ten minutes randomly while the others continue working and nothing I did would bring them back online.Not closing, not force closing, not rebooting.Started suspecting an issue with Cricket since
My new (yet over 30 day old), Samsung A14 stopped working. If it shows I have any mobile service at all it will switch between 5G and lte yet there is no internet connection and will not make calls or send text messages. The only way it works is by wifi connection. I don't need to pay Cricket for that. The person I spoke with yesterday at customer support via chat had me try a few things one was to reset and restart my phone. Lo and behold the chat was closed. Beyond aggravated. I refuse to return to the closest store the service there was appalling. The girl there was on FaceTime on her laptop the entire time I was there and even while processing my transaction.
I have 3 phones on my account all active all paid up. My bill was due about a week ago I just switched to cricket. A full month went by and my bill was due I didn’t know and woke up to my being off. Cricket said they sent messages which I didn’t get but I got online it showed me my bill and I paid it my service didn’t become active so I called cricket. Cricket tells me that even tho my bill didn’t show it I have to pay an extra $15 to reactivate the phones. That should have been on my bill and wasn’t which means I shouldn’t have had to pay it that’s when cricket tells me that they sent messages I should have known about it. I didn’t get them so I thought cricket never sent them. However since paying I have noticed (which remember they made me pay a $15 reactivation fee for it being off a few hours) my messages are not working correctly I can send a text and once in a while it goes thru but most of the time I get a red exclamation point and I have to click it and hit try again. First off I have been with cricket 🦗 for some time and I have never experienced such poor quality in service as in the last 3 months I have all my bars in signal but when I go to make a call it doesn't even connect even after 4 or 5 attempts my text messages are not sending and I've called about this crappy service on several occasions and you guys claim to have reset the service but this is happening everyday all day I had to call the emergency service last month and my phone wouldn't even connect the call thus I had to use someone else's phone to make the call I am seriously thinking about switching phone companies because I'm tired of paying for poor unreliable phone service cricket! its not my headset and no my phone hasn't gotten wet and I have restarted my phone so many times to no avail. I have a phone that's about 2 years old and I hope this is not because big tech wireless companies want consumers to keep spending hundreds of dollars up grading phones every year we'll that's
I have been a Cricket Customer since 2016. We have 5 lines with them for myself, husband and 3 teenage daughters).On Monday, I lost service on my phone (SOS mode) and I thought it was something with my phone. I tried a lot of troubleshooting methods and it wasn’t until I got home that I realized my daughter’s phone also wasn’t working. I held for 35 minutes for customer service- only to be disconnected. When I tried calling back, customer service was closed for the day.On Tuesday, I spent about 3+ hours on the phone with customer service. They opened a ticket. About an hour later, my two other daughters lost service as well.This morning, I call again and am told that my husband’s phone is in process of being ported too and pretty soon there will be NO PHONES in our household. My husband uses his phone for work- this is an extremely distressing situation.SOMEONE AT CRICKET PLEASE HELP!I did not authorize this!
SO ON MY CRICKET DREAM 5G MY FINGERPRINT SENSOR WORKS ON ALL MY APPS EXCEPT FOR THE CRICKET APP. WHEN I GO AND SIGN INTO THE CRICKET APP I GO TO SETTINGS AND THEN DOWN TO FINGERPRINT WHICH IS ALREADY SAYING OFF WHEN YOU CLICK ON IT IT GOES TO ANOTHER SCREEN WHICH HAS A TOGGLE THAT WHEN YOU HIT IS SUPPOSED TO SLIDE OVER AND THE FINGERPRINT IS SUPPOSED TO COME ON WELL MINE DOESN'T. THE TOGGLE SWITCH MOVES OVER BUT IT STILL SHOWS FINGERPRINT OFF AND THERE IS NO SAVE BUTTON OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT. I'VE TAKEN IT TO MY LOCAL STORE AND CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT NOBODY CAN SEEM TO TELL ME WHY I CAN'T GET THE FINGERPRINT TO STAY ON IN THE CRICKET APP DOES ANYBODY KNOW HOW TO HELP ME OUT? I have been a loyal customer for 2 years and today my phone decided to start acting up. I went online and was shocked at how much it costs to "upgrade" your phone. I spoke with an agent in chat that informed me that I was getting a $40 discount as a loyal customer. So just for giggles I went on like I was a new customer and the same phone I looked at was the same price offered to me as a loyal customer. I might add to this that I have 4 lines through Cricket and have NEVER been late with a payment.I do not feel as if Cricket values my business. I like Cricket. I have never had an issue with coverage no matter where I am.I would hate to have to change all 4 lines to another company. I came to Cricket from MetroPCS because of the customer service and lack of appreciation.
Yes I have a Question about my phone company I been with over 10years, the phone my son used for about 4 years , he upgraded to new phone so we all use the older phone when 1 of our phones break and have to be sent in , but today while using that same phone they shut my service off and said that the phone wasnt compatible with the service even those ive used it for a year and son has used it for 4 tears on there service . They telling me they can sell me a phone I told them i already bought a new phone through samsung ,that it wouldnt be here till the 29th of this month ,and that is why im using my sons back up phone that we always use . they tell me i cant use that phone anymore ,that i need to buy one of there , to me this is scamming people to purchase a phone that they dont need I already have a phone that works fine and i have a text and phone call come in to today and talked on it then they shut service off even tho im payed in full. thank you for you time Steve
We've been on an unlimited plan for the past 8 months or so with 4 - 5 bars of 4G LTE, but 2 days ago we missed a bill date by one day so our plan was suspended until we payed yesterday morning, and now we have 1 bar and sometimes no service whatsoever. I called customer support and all they told me to do was to turn off data roaming and that they would update our phone services but the issue still persists. We're still on the same plan, help please
