We just added a line for our grandson. We bought him a cheaper phone (Cricket Icon) to use. Installed the myCricket app on it but when we try to open the app it just sits the with a green screen and never opens. Tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it but still does not work.
I've been experiencing data issues on Google Pixel, so i went to the cricket store and and purchased a Motorola phone iny local store thinking that it was my phone that was the issue. However, after a few days it too has been just spinning to connect to do anything. I rely on my phone a great deal for work and college classes. I have a family plan with 5 lines! The only timr we have decent service lately is when we are able to use Wi-Fi!! Is there a problem with connectivity in my area that we're unaware of, even though there is a cricket store locally based? If so, we might have to take our business elsewhere!
TLDR: Can’t get BYDO Motorola One 5G Ace Wi-Fi Calling Toggle Switch to appear. I bought an unlocked Motorola One 5G Ace from Best Buy a few weeks ago because my old phone died and I prefer unlocked phones to carrier locked models and I had to have the new phone immediately as this wasn’t a planned replacement.After I bought the phone I got to researching it and realized it was supposed to be compatible with Wi-Fi Calling. I was overjoyed because the Cricket/AT&T signal at my apartment is spotty at best and non-existent at worst. I double checked and Cricket says they support wi-fi calling on all of their plans. So I went about researching how to activate Wi-Fi calling on my phone. Various carriers said it was activated in different manners, not really sure why that is, but I followed all of them and none of them got me to where I could turn on Wi-Fi Calling.I called Cricket Customer Non-service, and of course got someone who didn’t know an Apple from an Android, he read from a
I havent h0ad it 2 months and it wouldnt stay connected to the internet. Now after updating the screen is black and has a red triangle on it that says device is corrupt and shuts down. It cant be factory reset. Im getting a run around on getting a replacement. I get hung up on or told to do things ive repeatedly done. I just want it replaced and not with another dream.

I went thru the trouble of setting a PIN and was reassured by a supervisor that only my line will have capability of changing the PIN as she set the other lines to not have text PIN access. Then I set up a secret question, only to find that my PIN was changed. So I’m seeking to know if anyone is aware of what FCC rule they broke by failing to protect my privacy?
SO ON MY CRICKET DREAM 5G MY FINGERPRINT SENSOR WORKS ON ALL MY APPS EXCEPT FOR THE CRICKET APP. WHEN I GO AND SIGN INTO THE CRICKET APP I GO TO SETTINGS AND THEN DOWN TO FINGERPRINT WHICH IS ALREADY SAYING OFF WHEN YOU CLICK ON IT IT GOES TO ANOTHER SCREEN WHICH HAS A TOGGLE THAT WHEN YOU HIT IS SUPPOSED TO SLIDE OVER AND THE FINGERPRINT IS SUPPOSED TO COME ON WELL MINE DOESN'T. THE TOGGLE SWITCH MOVES OVER BUT IT STILL SHOWS FINGERPRINT OFF AND THERE IS NO SAVE BUTTON OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT. I'VE TAKEN IT TO MY LOCAL STORE AND CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT NOBODY CAN SEEM TO TELL ME WHY I CAN'T GET THE FINGERPRINT TO STAY ON IN THE CRICKET APP DOES ANYBODY KNOW HOW TO HELP ME OUT? I pay for phone service that USED to be stellar! It’s complete SHIT now! They refuse to help. They are installing 5G bullshit while slowly choking out 4G service all the while CONTINUOUSLY Selling 4G devices touting them as the best of the best! I’m fed the hell up with this! I used to have full bars and no complaints! Now I get 1 if I’m lucky and can’t even send a picture thru a damn text message! I LIVE IN THE SAME PLACE AND YOUR SERVICE HAS GOTTEN SO BAD THAT IM FIXING TO SAY SHOVE IT UP YOUR 5G TOWER THAT IS LITERALLY 5 MILES FROM MY FRONT DOOR! You crooks! Hi, I got my new cricket wireless LG Stylo 3 two days ago and am getting used to it. I've never had an Android phone before. I have three problems going on right now:1. When I started my phone, I noticed that I had a TOOLS folder. Then this morning it disappeared. I can't find it anywhere.2. Being a Mac person, I went to create a new tool folder and then I noticed that I can't move my apps around at all. They are stuck in one place so I couldn't move anything and I was unable to create any folders. What to do? And why did the TOOLS folder disappear? They must be related.3. And lastly, I am unable to set up visual voicemail. It starts to and stops in the process. Any help is much appreciated. Thank you, Martha
I have the unlimited with hotspot plan. Will the 15 GB rollover into the following month? And if I purchase an additional 15GB one time purchase will any of that rollover to the next month? I am a single mom and had purchased these for my kids to have service at home for school. School reopened and we didn’t use as much as planned but not we just found out that they will more than likely be closing down due to the increase of cases in our area and my billing cycle ends tomorrow.
I now have an unlocked Google pixel phone. On my previous phones calls to my Cricket number that were unanswered would go to the voicemail box of my Google Voice number, but now with this new phone I can't do the same call forwarding set up any more. I tried *74 followed by the google voice number but got "we couldn't connect that call"I tried *74 followed by the google voice number followed by #, and got "connection problem or invalid MMI code."How do I set up my Cricket number so that it does this call forwarding when the phone is not answered? Own a LG G^+ Unlocked on the Mobile Unlimited Family plan.My hotspot has been working fine until a month of so ago, Right now I can activate the hotspot and connect the other device and I always get the Message No Internet Connection or WIFI has no internet access. Have tried with several other devices already.Wondering what has changed since my Hotspot was working without issues. Thanks!
Greetings.In this day-and-age of constant scam calls, does Cricket offer any way to block all calls except for those pre-authorized? Or is there an app that you recommend for doing this?I'm getting tired of blocking specific numbers just to have them call using a different number. If I could auth only certain numbers (say from my contact list) to come through that would be great. Thank you.
Is there a way to disable VoLTE/HD Calling on the Moto e5 cruise? I think it is my location, but calls on VoLTE sometimes echo in and out. It does the same on my S7, but I have the option to disable it and have no issues with calls at home now, but I can't disable it on the Moto e5 cruise. It's not a phone issue since the S7 would have similar issues. Basically, you can call, talk fine for a bit, and occasionally the person is unable to hear me for a bit. Doesn't happen every call, but turning off HD voice fixed that issue on the S7 and it should work on the e5 cruise too. Thanks.
So someone has stolen my brothers LG Fortune 2 and is still using the phone. The dude has been messaging people saved in the contacts pretending to be my brother. He's using the data, making calls and messaging numbers as I'm writing this. Is there anyway to locate the device remotely before blocklisting it? Not sure what all apps he's got on his phone or if any allow premission for location/GPS. And if theres no way to locate it, can I suspend and/or wipe the phone in the morning on the 17th (when customer support is available) and be able to use the upgrade to get a new phone that becomes available on the 18th?Or does suspending the line cause you to not be able to use the upgrade?
Recently I upgraded from the 50 dollar plan to the 60 dollar unlimited plan and it seems like my data speeds run so much slower. The internet doesn’t run very fast not only on one areal but everywhere i go. I spoke with a rep and he was trying to help when we got disconnected and now when I try to get an agent it’s saying support is now closed. Which is ridiculous since I was just speaking with someone. I also haven’t had lte data at all for the passed two days.
