I’ve had several people leave me voicemails and it took about 45 minutes for them to show on my phone. Today I had a few people tell me my call was breaking up. I called the local store and was told ATT towers had issues last Friday but thought they had been resolved. I called a friend who said he had problems talking to his son today with the call breaking up

Hello, I’m part of a family plan that has had Cricket for 7 years now. The signal for calls, texts and internet has always been a little spotty but it was workable until a few months ago. Recently, every day the signal has been worse and worse, with internet pretty much ceasing during daylight hours and phone calls being dropped from previously reliable locations. I use this phone for to call people for my work and I’ve had to set up a chair far into my yard to get a signal because the phone no longer calls from inside my house. My mom had to drive ten miles away this morning before her internet came back. So, we called Cricket and we’re told our phone plan was old and not really being maintained anymore which might account for the poor signal issue that has developed. I wasn’t thrilled to hear this, considering we were never notified that this might occur, but okay, I understand. It is an old plan. So we signed up for an updated plan at 25% more cost. I’ve been using the visual voicemail for quite some time. For some reason it has disappeared from my phone. I tried to reset my password. There is no reset password icon. The only button available is call voicemail. When I called voicemail, it says the voicemail box has not been set up. There is no way to click set up voicemail. I have an iPhone XVenture.
HiI am a very happy CricketWireless customer. I think the service, coverage, speed and price is great. However I am really missing to be able to use my phone outside of USA, Mexico and Canada. I am from Europe and go there at least once a year, and it is just frustrating to have to opt for some cash cards while travelling. As part of ATT, I cannot see why CricketWireless can add international roaming as an paid option. I would not mind adding it as an additional service for the month I am travelling. Please CricketWireless, can you step into the future world and offer something global.I am also surprised that Norway is not on the list of 35 countries I can call or text to. I tried another carrier in the US, and had to switch back to Cricket within 2 weeks. Please dont make me look for other carrier again.
I’m on my second call/case with Cricket to get my disabled voicemail reactivated. Apparently Cricket disables voicemail for people who don’t use it or something?!? I feel I use mine frequently. Very frustrated to be dealing with an auto accident with the inability to trust my voicemail to pick up when needed. The first case was closed because they said I didn’t answer when they called, but I never received a call or had any missed calls.Questions:What are the criteria for having your voicemail deactivated?How long should I expect it to take to be reactivated?I’m extremely frustrated right now and looking into other carriers. Any suggestions?
Will cricket core plan work with an unlocked and compatible 4G router? I want to temporarily use the mobile data included in the plan. My phone’s broken and I can’t replace it as of this time. But I badly need to use mobile data / hotspot to connect to family and friends using my laptop. Anyone knowledgeable on this? I don’t want to upgrade to the Simply data plan that’s $55/month.It’s too expensive.
3 months ago my Blu 4G phone with 265 gig. Worked just fine. Then I get mail and text saying my phone won't work when Cricket drops 3G. Ihd only bought my Blu® phone 6 months before! So my wife decides on her own that she wants a new phone. The next day, my phone quits working. I call, they say my Blu® won't work after they drop 3G. I never had 3G! So now I can't get service unless I buy a new 5G phone from them. I always had a 4G LTE signal on the Blu®! NOW! I have a Cricket 5G phone and it STILL SHOWS 4G LTE.What's with this company? OK. You twisted my arm to buy YOUR 5G PHONE which is receiving 4G LTE!
I havent h0ad it 2 months and it wouldnt stay connected to the internet. Now after updating the screen is black and has a red triangle on it that says device is corrupt and shuts down. It cant be factory reset. Im getting a run around on getting a replacement. I get hung up on or told to do things ive repeatedly done. I just want it replaced and not with another dream.
