Why is my service getting worse every week
When I moved to this location over a year ago my service was the best. Now over past few months it keep getting worse. I cant even get on my cricket app. My hot spot I pay for is gone. I mean, do I need to go to anouther service? We have no landline out here, not wifi. I DEPEND on my phone.
so i brang my at&t phone to cricket and my data doesnt work well i usually have to either turn the phone on and off or airplane mode , i contacted cricket and they refreshed the signal and said the carrier or phone updated itself and after while the data went again it all start once i hit 7.2 gb out of 10 gb on my phone was wondering is this the way its soppose to be or is it because i brang my own phone to cricket ,by the way great cusyomer service they where so kind i was impressed ..
Data not working
For the last 2 months my data has not been working. Data is being deducted from my account as usage, but no websites or social media apps will load/update when I try to use my data. Even when a new month starts and my data is replenished, I still cannot access websites or any social media. Why is this happening? The same thing is happening with the other 2 lines I have. Did cricket data change or slow down to non existent?

I have been a Cricket Customer since 2016. We have 5 lines with them for myself, husband and 3 teenage daughters).On Monday, I lost service on my phone (SOS mode) and I thought it was something with my phone. I tried a lot of troubleshooting methods and it wasn’t until I got home that I realized my daughter’s phone also wasn’t working. I held for 35 minutes for customer service- only to be disconnected. When I tried calling back, customer service was closed for the day.On Tuesday, I spent about 3+ hours on the phone with customer service. They opened a ticket. About an hour later, my two other daughters lost service as well.This morning, I call again and am told that my husband’s phone is in process of being ported too and pretty soon there will be NO PHONES in our household. My husband uses his phone for work- this is an extremely distressing situation.SOMEONE AT CRICKET PLEASE HELP!I did not authorize this!
experience poor service daily
First off I have been with cricket 🦗 for some time and I have never experienced such poor quality in service as in the last 3 months I have all my bars in signal but when I go to make a call it doesn't even connect even after 4 or 5 attempts my text messages are not sending and I've called about this crappy service on several occasions and you guys claim to have reset the service but this is happening everyday all day I had to call the emergency service last month and my phone wouldn't even connect the call thus I had to use someone else's phone to make the call I am seriously thinking about switching phone companies because I'm tired of paying for poor unreliable phone service cricket! its not my headset and no my phone hasn't gotten wet and I have restarted my phone so many times to no avail. I have a phone that's about 2 years old and I hope this is not because big tech wireless companies want consumers to keep spending hundreds of dollars up grading phones every year we'll that's
slow 5G speeds.... this is dumb
This is pretty much unusable. In some areas in Denver cricket is fine. But in a lot of areas with 5 bars and "5g" it is totally unusable. I have reset my network settings. I have warrantied my phone. I have made sure my plan is setup as the 60 dollar a month extra plan. This is really slow, mostly unusable. I call support, they tell me everything looks ok on their end, I do a test while still on the phone, and whala, it's working. Not great, 20mbps, but usable. As soon as I hang up the phone, it's back to dial up speeds. Seriously, stuff doesn't load. I can't deal with this. Especially for the price I'm paying. I never had trouble like this with boost mobile. Never. Or AT&T...same towers as AT&T??? I'm not buying that. I'm already looking to port back to boost with some free phone they have. Someone from cricket needs to follow up and fix this. I wanted to go into my settings and disable 5G and do LTE only. But the dream 5g doesn't have that option
Text not always sending and/or receiving
I have 3 phones on my account all active all paid up. My bill was due about a week ago I just switched to cricket. A full month went by and my bill was due I didn’t know and woke up to my being off. Cricket said they sent messages which I didn’t get but I got online it showed me my bill and I paid it my service didn’t become active so I called cricket. Cricket tells me that even tho my bill didn’t show it I have to pay an extra $15 to reactivate the phones. That should have been on my bill and wasn’t which means I shouldn’t have had to pay it that’s when cricket tells me that they sent messages I should have known about it. I didn’t get them so I thought cricket never sent them. However since paying I have noticed (which remember they made me pay a $15 reactivation fee for it being off a few hours) my messages are not working correctly I can send a text and once in a while it goes thru but most of the time I get a red exclamation point and I have to click it and hit try again. It takes
Samsung A14 no mobile service
My new (yet over 30 day old), Samsung A14 stopped working. If it shows I have any mobile service at all it will switch between 5G and lte yet there is no internet connection and will not make calls or send text messages. The only way it works is by wifi connection. I don't need to pay Cricket for that. The person I spoke with yesterday at customer support via chat had me try a few things one was to reset and restart my phone. Lo and behold the chat was closed. Beyond aggravated. I refuse to return to the closest store the service there was appalling. The girl there was on FaceTime on her laptop the entire time I was there and even while processing my transaction.
When I have a voicemail I click on my visual voicemail app click on speaker & press play, it plays for 2 seconds & stops on it's own deselecting the speaker button on it's own. I have to press play & speaker again. I've never had this problems using visual voicemail with another carrier.
My data speed is being throttled at 3mbps and it keeps cutting in and out intermittently, I have the Unlimited Max plan on two devices and they are both doing the same thing. I'm not going to pay for a feature (8mbps dl) if i cant use it and the fact the the signal is dropping completley is bogus, i just moved over from att (whome is the parent company of cricket and uses the same network) and i never had this issue. The sales rep assured me that this exact thing wouldnt happen, I am very unpleased.
Cricket/AT&T blocking texting from my Google Voice Number
I am a Cricket Wireless customer. I've been having trouble with texts from my Google Voice number being blocked when sent to Cricket Wireless (I don't use my "real" Cricket Wireless number, do everything via my Google Voice number) and AT&T numbers. I've done some digging on the web and the problem seems to stem from Cricket Wireless and it's parent company AT&T somehow flagging my Google Voice number as spam. My Google Voice number is strictly for personal use and I send maybe 5 or 6 texts a day so don't know how it would have been flagged.
