I'm just wondering how you can shut my phone off when my entire state is on lockdown and we can't work for weeks . My kids are home the internet is the only way to access their homework. It is irresponsible to treat your customers this way. Loyal customers for years and this is what we get from you. The electric companys the gas companys and property Management and other cell phone companies are delaying payment for at least 60days to help ppl in this crisis . I hope customers remember how we are being treated buy these companies that don't care about their customers and only care about their money in this time thx for nothing. Ohh and how will a no reconnect fee help when you are stuck in your home and can't work!??
I’m on my second call/case with Cricket to get my disabled voicemail reactivated. Apparently Cricket disables voicemail for people who don’t use it or something?!? I feel I use mine frequently. Very frustrated to be dealing with an auto accident with the inability to trust my voicemail to pick up when needed. The first case was closed because they said I didn’t answer when they called, but I never received a call or had any missed calls.Questions:What are the criteria for having your voicemail deactivated? How long should I expect it to take to be reactivated?I’m extremely frustrated right now and looking into other carriers. Any suggestions?
@CricketSupport I was guaranteed i could activate new phone at cricketwireless.com/activate after explaining to cricket that this method hasn’t ever worked for me and i absolutely need phone activated after Cricket support hours. I got a brand new phone and SIM card today from cricketwireless.com and it can’t be activated with the following error “To activate your line(s), call Customer Support at 1-800-CRICKET (1-800-274-2538).” I call but get a message that your closed. Get me someone who can activate my phone!
I work for a local telecom provider. One of our customers is reporting that their outbound caller ID is showing up incorrectly on Cricket Wireless customer's devices. I've verified that their CNAM is correct, and I suspect that Cricket's database just needs to be updated. Can somebody who works for Cricket give me some direction? I'm not even sure who to call to try to get these records updated. Thanks in advance.
I use alot of hotspot so i can watch tv on my roku. would i b better off with the 10 GB plan and streaming option? rather than the cricket more plan that i currently have and adding upto $50 of add on hotspot a month? With my add ons I'm spending over $120 a month. No wifi available where I live.
It may be a coincidence but I've noticed these problems ever since upgrading from Nougat to Oreo 8.0 on my Moto Z Play. It's not ALL the time but it enough to be REALLY annoying. Text and emails can take up to hours before i get them. Friend messaged me and it didn't show up till over an hour after he sent it thru Hangouts. Sister sent a message through WhatsApp and that took over an hour till I got it. Same with the stock Android message app. Also calls not coming through. My sister called 3x the other day and I never heard the call or even had a notification that she called 3 times.I already reset my network and all that stuff. Any ideas? It's become problematic...don't really want to leave Cricket but if Cricket is the problem then I have no option :(
My signal keeps disappearing every few minutes and then coming back, disappearing and coming back, every 3-4 minutes for 2 days now I can hardly do anything with my phone. This is the 4th time in the past 2 months this has happened. All 4 times on a Sunday-Monday. What's going on with the towers in my area? Who knows. Every time I can call customer service I get someone in the Philippines who tells me there doesn't seem to be any problem in my area. They don't know anything. So now I'm done with Cricket and in 2 weeks I'm changing to a different company. I highly recommend anyone who has issues not to waste any more of their time and just ditch Cricket since they don't care about customers with issues anyway. You'll just go around in circles with nothing ever resolved.
I just discovered that I can use mobile hotspot and usb tethering to provide internet to my tv and my computer and possibly even the router when AT&T's internet is down. I just went through several days without internet, never knowing my phone’s hotspot would give me the internet access I need. Never again. This is awesome.
My wifi callling stopped working at 3pm yesterday. I went through troubleshooting with Cricket for 2 hours yesterday until they finally told me that others have reported issues with wifi calling and it seems to be on Cricket’s side. They told me to check with them again in the morning if it is still not working. I tried talking to them again...they tried going through troubleshooting AGAIN and I explained that I was told this is a Cricket issue. They said that they don’t have report of other customers with this issue. OH MY GOD. I just want to know when my wifi calling will be working as that is the only way I can make/receive calls and texts while at home AND at work. Has anybody else had an issue with wifi calling not turning on since yesterday?
This has to be one of the most annoying things I’ve had to deal with coming from a video game that was supposed to be free, but I’m also disappointed in Cricket like they’ve had this issue for 2 years but does nothing to try and contact blizzard and maybe come to a compromise to allow Cricket phone lines. What do we think guys? Is Blizzard just gonna say screw new players or will they try and fix it again? Why can’t cricket stick up for us and try and fight this? I’m literally going to have to change phone providers just to play maybe 2 video games I like.
Newest Netgear HotSpot LM1200 won't activate on CricketWireless? (new product Jan 2021 from Netgear)
The LM1200 is Netgear’s new Hotspot offering and Cricket IMEI checker says they won’t activate it. Verizon & T-Mobile will and ATT doesn’t have an IMEI checker anymore, their support staff said I need to drive to an ATT Store had have them put a SIM in it to determine. The Modem is a CAT 4 LTE modem. What’s going on with Cricket? Just because a modem is 3g capable doesn’t mean they need to can it. What am I missing about the 3g capable devices, will they stop working on LTE too?
I’ve been using the VMware Horizon Client and cricket’s Mobile Hotspot combo to connect to a remote computer for a number of years now. A couple of days ago it stopped working. I’ve narrowed down the problem to cricket’s Mobile Hotspot -- when using tethering, it does not work; switching back to a regular Wi-Fi -- everything works as expected. Any help is appreciated.

I am traveling overseas (Middle East). I have Cricket and I know that there is no international plan overhere. However, my phone is dying and I need to transfer to a new phone. However, in order to transfer Whatsapp and other apps, I need to access SMS to get the security code the apps send. How can I do that? Thank you
