My signal keeps disappearing every few minutes and then coming back, disappearing and coming back, every 3-4 minutes for 2 days now I can hardly do anything with my phone. This is the 4th time in the past 2 months this has happened. All 4 times on a Sunday-Monday. What's going on with the towers in my area? Who knows. Every time I can call customer service I get someone in the Philippines who tells me there doesn't seem to be any problem in my area. They don't know anything. So now I'm done with Cricket and in 2 weeks I'm changing to a different company. I highly recommend anyone who has issues not to waste any more of their time and just ditch Cricket since they don't care about customers with issues anyway. You'll just go around in circles with nothing ever resolved.
We have lousy cell reception at the house, only good by certain windows (rural Alaska). I’m trying to use my ethernet-USB C adapter to get wi-fi calling through our wired home internet system. Dream 5 cricket phone. Cricket rep in our town said wi-fi setup should work, even though ours is wired. I’ve gone through the wi-fi setup and nothing is connecting. Any ideas?
I no longer need the extra data nor hotspot features through my phone, in looking through the mycricket app there is every avenue imaginable to add anything to a line of service but I can't find one to remove a feature , can someone please help me find where to do this at....
I am traveling overseas (Middle East). I have Cricket and I know that there is no international plan overhere. However, my phone is dying and I need to transfer to a new phone. However, in order to transfer Whatsapp and other apps, I need to access SMS to get the security code the apps send. How can I do that? Thank you
With being a Loyal Cricket Wireless Customer, and knowing in my working conditions things happen. I opt in for insurance from day 1. Keeping it til here recently, due to new found knowledge. As per my insurance my repair (“I still have the paper literature saying this”) should ONLY cost $40 and be same day. Now upon my attempt to file my claim, is where the truth hit me. No my repair would not be same day, nor the cost be what was Verbally and Printed on the literature. The quoted price was $75,without same day repair. For what I’ve paid into my insurance over the time of having service through yal. Now yal hit people with this,do yal (Cricket Wireless *CW) realize…. For that $75, any ATT Serv phone can be bought at a more convenient loacation. No wait time or anything, and be used. This has gone to show me yal honestly don’t care about customers. As well that y’all will do anything to get these said customers HARD EARNED money. Yal know this Insurance is HOT GARBAGE,nothing but a MONE
The Cricket Wireless app and the Cricket Wireless website will not let me buy mobile hotspot. I've done it many many times before on the website is simply not working. I've also tried to do it over the phone, which I have done many many times before, and the phone system won't even give me an option to buy hotspot. It's been taken off of the phone system. It says that there is customer service until 11 p.m. and that's b******* because I keep calling them at 8pm and they won't answer or help me it just says that they're gone and to call back at regular hours. It would be nice if the website or the phone system could give an explanation as to why it's not working. Really really frustrating to the point that it gets me very pissed off
Im trying to root my lg k 92 5G. It says every where on the internet to hold the volume down while holding the power button from power off mode. And then to release them after the logo comes on screen...the only thing i can get it to do is startup in safe mode?
had misplaced my phone going on 2 years now.... and I had my boyfriend go on our account and call it in lost/stolen and ever since then I've had nothing but problems trying to get it removed. I've talked in person, Ive called, I've chatted! and nobody can explain or tell me what is going on! I've had one say that it's not listed as lost/stolen. I've had them say they removed it and give it 24hours for changes and even when I show them that in the app it says my phone is reported lost or stolen they have no answers for me. PLEASE CAN SOMEONE HELP ME AND TELL ME WHAT TO DO!?! I'm so fed up with this and ready to change carriers but I'd like to figure this out so this phone can be fully functional... I can still make calls and text and everything but the only thing I've noticed is that when I go to add more hotspot I can't...would like to use my phone to the fullest capability! thanks in advance :)
I want to buy a turbo hotspot 2 and a data plan. The choices are1. I’m switching to cricket,2. I need a new number, or3. I’m upgrading my phone. Of course, none of those are accurate so which one do I choose? What does each one mean?Can I add extra hotspot data to my data only plan like I can with my phone’s mobile hotspot if needed?Can you give instructions for buying and setting up the hotspot beginning to end? I EXPLAIN IT TO THE CUSTOMER REP IN TERMS A CHILD IN KINDERGARTEN COULD UNDERSTAND!! NONE OF MY QUESTIONS ARE ROCKET SCIENCE! 10 TRIES AND 10 FAILURES. THEN THEY HAVE THE GONADS TO HANG UP ON ME!! CRICKETS IDEA OF CHAT SUPPORT IS A COMPLETE AND UTTER FAILURE. BUT, THEY SURE UNDERSTAND THE MONEY!!!
Every time I try to set up wifi calling I get the message “Couldn’t set up wifi calling. Try again later in settings.” It has never set up. I have tried for nearly a year. I have a samsung galaxy s10, it’s supposedly compatible. Wifi calling could save me the cost of a wired home phone line, but it doesn’t work. What the hell?I bought a new sim card because I saw that fixed it for someone. It didn’t fix it for me.I have also called customer support about this and again, they are useless. Absolutely useless. Their uselessness makes any problem worse than it was before trying to get help.
Cricket hotspot service is the worse I have used, I'm going back to a 3rd. party service and use my own AT&T hotspot.
It all started right off at the Cricket Store they don’t know their ass from a hole in the ground. First I made sure my AT&T hotspot would work with Cricket and put in the numbers and was told yes it will work. Then I went to chat gave them the numbers and was told yes you can use your AT&T hotspot. When I went to the store the girl who had just started and had been there 2 weeks started setting me up. She took the sim a made it the smallest it would go and then told me Sir our sim is to small for your hotspot you will have to buy 1 of our Moxee Hotspots to use a Cricket Sim. I told her you made it to little and she said you can only use the smallest sim with Cricket. That is dumb it does not matter what size the sim is they hold the same info. large, med, or small she made it to little for my hotspot. The manager who was sitting in the back room playing games on a Ipad when I ask her to get or talk to her, told her he will have to buy a cricket moxee hotspot if he wants our se
