I have a phone number from Cricket but I left US and currently am living in China. I added the international feature ($5) to my plan but my phone still says “no service”. How can I receive calls and SMS in China?

Our plans do not provide roaming service in China. The international feature you added, is to be eligible to make long distance calls from the U.S to to landline numbers in 35 countries (Calls and texts must originate from the U.S.) For more information, you can check out the link provided:
