I tried to add a new phone 10 days ago and apperantly I inputted some incorrect information to port my current number in its been stuck In limbo ever since and I've made several calls to customer support and haven't received any resolution. All I want to do is cancel the order and start over. Is there any easy way to do this or do I have to wait on hold for another 2 hours just to still get nothing done?
