Have a lg fortune why cant i get hot spot? Says its a grand fathered phone???

Hello and welcome to the forum! The LG fortune is compatible with hotspot on our grandfathered 5GB, 8GB, and 12GB plans but not with our unlimited plans.

Wait how come not with the unlimited plans? That's why I payed for the $60, why isn't it compatible?
