I lost my phone, is it still possible to keep my old phone number?

We appreciate you commenting on the forum! It is possible to keep your number. First, you can report your device lost/stolen by call 1-800-Cricket or reaching out to our support team on Facebook (m.me/cricketwireless) or Twitter (@cricketsupport) with the details of your issue.
