Mobile data in Montreal/International Roaming

I have the $55 Cricket plan with international roaming. I’m in Montreal for a couple of days. My phone is currently roaming on the Rogers network. Calling and texting work perfectly, but my mobile data does not work at all. Is there a reason why this is happening? And is there anything I can do about it? 

I have an iPhone 11 if that makes a difference.

Thanks for posting. I would recommend that you have “Data Roaming” enabled in your iPhone 11. To check if it’s enabled, you can go to Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Options > then check that “Data Roaming” is toggled on (green). If it is already enabled, we would suggest restarting your device, or checking to see if you can get data in another area.
