Mobile hotspot problem

Hi! I have a Galaxy S7 Edge phone that was running my mobile hotspot just fine this morning but now all of a sudden when I turn it on, it says I don't have it in my plan. I then proceeded to upgrade to the $60 plan and still get the same message when I try to turn on the hotspot. I am so confused right now 😞

Thank you for reaching out.  We do apologize but at this time BYOD are not eligible for hotspot.
