No one in customer service understands English
I am a new customer and am ready to leave Cricket. No one speaks or understands English in customer service to a degree where they can assist me. So I am hoping someone here can. Cricket must block shortcut texts. I need to resolve this is there a way that I can do it myself since customer service is useless.
