I activated an upgrade phone but can't send or receive calls or texts. I get a message that says cellular network not available for voice calls.

Thanks for posting. If the new device supports a physical SIM card, you would want to insert your new SIM card that came with the device when order is activated, as the current SIM card is deactivated at that moment. Feel free to send us a PM
