@Serena Cricket doesn’t lock devices not purchased from us. Reach out to support in private message and provide them the name on your account, phone number for the device, and IMEI so they can review unlock options with you. 

 

@Lishielou This requires a little more investigating and trouble shooting. Reach out to our support team and let them know your text are in trouble. :astonished:

I bought an iPhone xr for my grandson that was unlocked. I put my grandsons sim card In to the phone it worked great. Then I changed carriers and the phone won't work on my current carriers service. It somehow is locked to Cricket all of the sudden and Cricket won't unlocked it for me even though i didn't buy my phone from Cricket.
