Hi, my name is Rita Santer

I have been a customer for a few years and my husband & I are consider great customers because we always pay our bills very early. In my opinion, i think it would be good to treat the good customers great but in reality it's the opposite. I bought a Nokia 3.1 at least 2 months ago and this phone is consider one of the worst phone that i ever hold in my hand. My phone was unable to get charged and retain the charges for days so this morning i went to the dealer where i bought the phone and he had told me that they have been having issues with that bran to call and the warranty dept would take my info and send me a new one but to my surprise i  was being tossed around like a rug. I started my process early in the day and it's almost 7 PM the problem is not solved. We are living in a difficult time so understand the customers and help them solved their problems can be an A+ for any company but for cricket i give you a F- because your people don't understand customers and also customer service. I am thinking if i have to buy a new phone when i just bought one so my wish for cricket and all of the employees that do not serve any purpose to get fired and for the people in charge to just retire or close the business completely. Really annoying for people to waste someone's time to such extend.  Last and not least, get rid of the Nokia because that phone can be a real danger. It took the phone around 48 hours to get 26% and from 1 hour to more than 60% and it was hot everywhere so listen and listen to the clients. The clients can really help solve a lot of problems. I hope someone takes the time to read it and follow up on the issue and that's called superb customer service. Thanks for your understanding! don't take it too personal because it's the honest truth.

I'm not affiliated with any company, but I'm also carrying a Nokia 6.1 plus since the last year and this is the best budget phone that I've twc mail ever carried. And as you're phone is of Nokia but of a different model, things might be different. But as far as I'm concerned, you should contact the official support and as you bought it 2 months ago, I believe you still have a warranty on you. SO, use it.
