I recently upgraded my plan to the unlimited Ultimate + hotspot…. first checked the website to be sure that my moto g power was eligible for hotspot and it said it was. Now I find out that it in fact is not eligible via one of your online chat agents. My phone was purchased directly from Motorola, not a carrier specific phone. So please, make this more clear on your website. It was nice of your agent to remind me that I’m eligible for a device upgrade, but unfortunately, that doesn’t make up for the fact that the phone I have is relatively new and replacing it now would be a giant waste of my money.
