I've used my hot spot included with my unlimited $60 plan. How do I purchase additional 15gb of hot spot & activate it to use now

Hi @brendaM541 and welcome the Community Forum! Visit My Account or the myCricket app and purchase the 15 GB Mobile Hotspot Add-on for $10. It can be added as a one-time or monthly charge.

ive done that and continued to have monies paid simply credited to my account, not adding hotspot data..ugh
