I can read words and learn quickly. Unless you make that difficult too. Have a video for those who want to watch it and WORDS for those who don’t. Even those who watch the video need the damn link. Just post the freaking link. Nice and big. Front and center.

I have to email the link to myself to get it on my computer because of your choices. I don’t like a lot of apps on my phone, which is none of your business. I don’t like being forced into doing things I don’t want to do. I’m going to delete it again. Thank you for wasting my time. You build resentment in your customers with this kind of thing.

Why do you make it so hard? Oh right, you don’t actually want us to use it. If you want it to be easy, provide the link in an easy to find, easy to see place on both the app and the website. But you already knew that, right?
I like cricket and I recommend it to others. But your website and customer service suck. It’s so hard when I have a question to get the answer. Really hard. More resentment building. Making your customers resent you is not a good business model. It doesn’t have to be that way.
Wait. The link doesn’t even take them to where they can sign up and get the $25? So the entire thing is a scam. Nice.
I mean, you have actively pissed me off now. I’m not going to recommend you.
