Remove cricket protect

How do I cancel Cricket Protect when I don’t have Facebook or Twitter. I’d like to do it online,or phone. Came I go to the store and cancel?

Hey there @Hchu866! Welcome to the Cricket community forum and thank you for your post. You can reach our customer service team at 1-800-Cricket or visit your local Cricket retailer to remove Cricket Protect from your line.

There needs to be an option on the secure website where I pay for my services for me to removed cricket protect. I do not want to share my cricket pin so everyone can see that. Also I don't want to go into the store to do this. Especially now covid-19 I am sure the stores are closed. Fix it. It is too hard to remove this option. I will not buy cricket protect again unless you make it easier to add or remove from a secure website.
