I don’t have a Facebook or Twitter account. How can I cancel Cricket Protect on line or can I go to a store?

This is unacceptable I don't want to put my number and cricket pin on an online forum. Hello I want to do this from a secure website. It should be available to remove from the manage plans/services on your website. Because this is so difficult to remove I will never get another cricket phone protection plan.
