Removing features through app

I no longer need the extra data nor hotspot features through my phone, in looking through the mycricket app there is every avenue imaginable to add anything to a line of service but I can't find one to remove a feature , can someone please help me find where to do this at....

I also facing same issue, it’s hard to remove same kind of service via the app or online.
