Signal Dropping to HSPA/3G Interrupting Videos and Calls
As the subject says.... is this common? This is happening among all 3 phones on our plan and we are in a suburb where coverage of tmo and verizon has been great.

Cricket uses AT&T towers so coverage may be different than T-mo or Verizon. If it's a recent issue they may just be working on the towers.

First thing to do is to test your phone's signal strength. Is this happening just at home or everywhere? If it's just at home, you may have a device interfering with the signal. You might also have materials in your home interfering with the signal. This article is helpful for measuring your signal the right way. If you have any questions, message me.
