Can a boost mobile phone be used on cricket? Can I use my old cricket SIM card or do I need to purchase a new one? I had a cricket phone but it broke so a friend gave me a boost mobile phone. At first it was letting me call but it won’t let anybody Call me & the data isn’t working . I tried saving apn but it won’t save it. Is there a way to contact technical support? I don’t hear the option when I call . Thanks

Thank you for your post. Some Boost phones are compatible with our service when unlocked. You would need to contact Boost to unlock the device if it is not already. You can view our APN settings via the link below. Please note that the APN settings must match exactly.
