Text message and call history
I am beginning the process of divorce, and I was wondering if Cricket keeps logs of messages and/or calls that could be subpoenaed if needed? If so for how long are they kept? Also, if texts are kept is it just the number of who was texted, or is it full messages? Thanks!

In order to get the phone records for your service you will need to send us a subpoena asking for the call records. You can call our center for records at 1-800-635-6840 for additional details or assistance. Please keep in mind that there is a fee for the records.
