Just wonder how can I track the minutes when I use my personal phone for work calls?

Thank you for visiting and posting on the Cricket Community Forum! Normally the call history on the device will provide this information, but sometimes after a certain time frame it can be deleted. We do not provide a invoice with call details due to the service being Pre-Paid. The other option is to get in contact with our Global Legal Demand Center to ask for options on how to request call records. The number is (800) 635-6840 and press option 5.
