Our turbo 2 won't stay connected to the tv

I tried all of that and it was unsuccessful but when I changed my password, everything worked perfectly.  Thank you for responding

I'm really hating this turbo 2.  It is completely unreliable, won't stay connected to the tv and is continually telling me incorrect password and I'm reading it off of the device.  I want devices since you are accepting my payment for service.  You've been paid now DELIVER!!  THIS IS THEFT
