Turbo Hotspot 2

I want to buy a turbo hotspot 2 and a data plan. The choices are

1. I’m switching to cricket,

2. I need a new number, or

3. I’m upgrading my phone. 

Of course, none of those are accurate so which one do I choose? What does each one mean?

Can I add extra hotspot data to my data only plan like I can with my phone’s mobile  hotspot if needed?

Can you give instructions for buying and setting up the hotspot beginning to end? That would be very helpful.

Is there a way to make my phone and data only plans come due for payment on the same day of the month?

This page is forcing me to choose a subject but won’t let me choose phones and devices, which is accurate. None of the devices listed is a hotspot so I can’t choose an accurate subject, it’s forcing me to choose something inaccurate. Why don’t you make your website clear? Then I wouldn’t even have to be writing here to get information.

Hi @cmbs and welcome to the Community Forum! If you already have a wireless account, you can add your Simply Data plan to your current account. You’ll want to choose the “new number” option because your Turbo Hotspot 2 device will be assigned a new Cricket number. Log into your myCricket account online via My Account to begin the add-a-line process. Once you use your high-speed data allotment, you are unable to add more data to the plan.
